How to fix Cubox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cubox app on iPhone
Update Cubox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cubox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cubox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cubox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cubox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cubox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cubox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cubox » click [Force Stop]

Update Cubox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cubox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cubox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cubox.

Fix Cubox unable to contact server/ Cubox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cubox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cubox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cubox
