If you follow their instructions to delete the old app then download the new one, and it can’t locate your account by your phone number, all your rewards are lost (and you’ll basically forced to set up a new account, despite having your password and email address from your old account handy). There’s no way to log into your old account using your prior credentials w/email and password. Horrible roll out.

Tried resetting my password 3 times , won’t work . Tried to check out without logging in as a guest that was a no go . I tried calling restaurant to order only thru app. So you know what I didn’t even go here . Either have an app that works or you can check out as guest otherwise you lose business

I love the restaurant. Their food is very delicious and the ingredients are quality. The problem I am having is with TheStandRestaurantsApp , every time I try to login I get a server error message. I then have to go on the website to place my order. It’s most frustrating.

I downloaded TheStandRestaurantsApp because of a Facebook ad touting a special using TheStandRestaurantsApp … unfortunately TheStandRestaurantsApp crashes almost immediately when I try to view the menu.

Deleting TheStandRestaurantsApp it’s awful it would have been quicker to order at the restaurant in person.

No matter how many times I’ve reset my password every time I try logging in on TheStandRestaurantsApp it tells me that my password is invalid. But I’m able to login at checkout with no problem. TheStandRestaurantsApp truly needs to be improved.

Captcha is the worst.

They need to update TheStandRestaurantsApp immediately or else they will lose customers to other joints who has much better user interface on app. It takes much longer to try to place order than just standing in line….

How does an app in 2024 fail at doing the most basic and important function of taking payment. I can’t remember the last time I used an app that was this flawed. Did no one do any basic testing before putting this out

I got a coupon with QR codes I scan it and it takes me to the codes. Not the apps. Second time scanning it again send me to download app. Ok did all that. Now I can’t even get into the menu to order.

The logic trees are terrible. A lot of waiting for loading. Doesn’t remember common locations. Easy to “fat finger” button the wrong locations. Have accidentally ordered from wrong location twice because of how finicky the location selection screen is. Does not enable quick reordering. The worst UX app on my phone today.

Omg worst app and web experience. I design apps and thought I’d just use TheStandRestaurantsApp . It would not let me purchase, would not let me sign in and would not let me reset my password. It really couldn’t be more broken. Then I tried the website and my new account had the same issue. Nope!

Like others have stated, you cannot use TheStandRestaurantsApp to make an order. The payments do not go through.

#1 Why does TheStandRestaurantsApp not allow passwords of more than 15 characters? Most passwords on iOS are longer due to iOS password creation.

I’m blown away by how bad TheStandRestaurantsApp is. I’ve used the previous app for over a year, and it wasn’t THIS bad.

Any app that DEFAULTS to ANY tip gets one star. Having the option is fine, forcing it on those not paying attention is not.

Hello. You charged me twice. Once the transaction failed in TheStandRestaurantsApp , but the money was charged.

I downloaded TheStandRestaurantsApp bc I’m meeting a friend later today. I don’t give location access bc TheStandRestaurantsApp doesn’t need it when I just want to review the menu. But every time I click on Menu, TheStandRestaurantsApp crashes. Instant delete.

When I try to login I get a ‘Sever/Network’ error. Looks like it’s Blaze Pizza for me tonight.

I could use TheStandRestaurantsApp once and now all I get is data network error each time I tried to login so can’t use TheStandRestaurantsApp anymore. I’ve even deleted it and re-downloaded it again and it still won’t work.

My points did not show up on my app.

App never works. You can’t even confirm your email. Pure garbage. Too bad this restaurant can’t get a decent website or app. They are losing business every single day because of their gross incompetence.

Ever since you modified TheStandRestaurantsApp , I had nothing but trouble with it. When I entered my phone number, TheStandRestaurantsApp could not find my profile. Consequently, I had to create a new one.

When I entered my phone number a second time, it still could not find me and asked me to set up a new profile.

I tried to bypass the login by pressing “View” but TheStandRestaurantsApp crashed when I did that.

I ended up ordering from the website which worked fine.

It is frustrating to encourage customers to use such an unreliable app.

I had the old app and had to sign up again. Took a while to change my password TheStandRestaurantsApp is confusing to navigate and you have to keep reloading your location. Nowhere on TheStandRestaurantsApp does it list a service fee which I confirm they have by calling the restaurant. But they still couldn’t give me a figure.When I called the restaurant the girl I spoke with was very nice and said she’d have customer support call me. They never dead. I like DoorDash because they keep you informed of the progress of your order. The way this was handled leads me to believe I can’t trust this restaurants app.

Great restaurant but terrible app. Super slow, certain things you click on will take you to a frozen page, overall just terrible. I forgot the company that actually manages TheStandRestaurantsApp for them but they are scamming the stand for whatever money they get paid. I wouldn’t even use them for free

Every time I open TheStandRestaurantsApp it says network error it says unavailable. My daughter was trying to download it and wanted me to give her my referral code. I could not get in TheStandRestaurantsApp to send it to her. Or could I get in TheStandRestaurantsApp to claim my points. Super frustrating.

I got points from the restaurant and got TheStandRestaurantsApp to use them or store them but I can’t put them in and it loads very slowly but I love the restaurant !

I updated this from the prior app. Not sure what the fuss is about - my points transferred easily
