Accounts don’t transfer

If you follow their instructions to delete the old app then download the new one, and it can’t locate your account by your phone number, all your rewards are lost (and you’ll basically forced to set up a new account, despite having your password and email address from your old account handy). There’s no way to log into your old account using your prior credentials w/email and password. Horrible roll out.

This is the new app?

#1 Why does this app not allow passwords of more than 15 characters? Most passwords on iOS are longer due to iOS password creation. I’m blown away by how bad this app is. I’ve used the previous app for over a year, and it wasn’t THIS bad.

Terrible

I had the old app and had to sign up again. Took a while to change my password the app is confusing to navigate and you have to keep reloading your location. Nowhere on the app does it list a service fee which I confirm they have by calling the restaurant. But they still couldn’t give me a figure.When I called the restaurant the girl I spoke with was very nice and said she’d have customer support call me. They never dead. I like DoorDash because they keep you informed of the progress of your order. The way this was handled leads me to believe I can’t trust this restaurants app.
