I'm having problems with creating @me tag. It keeps creating and then nothing. Tried to clear cache nothing happened. Still in creating mode and sometimes showing an error of connection but my connection is good. Please fix!!!!

Hei. Having problems with creating @me tag. It "creates" already for over an hour. Tried to delete the app and install it again, nothing happened. Still in creating mode and sometimes showing an error of connection even tho connection is stable.

Close and restart the Dawn AI app on iPhone
Update Dawn AI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dawn AI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dawn AI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dawn AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Dawn AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dawn AI » click [Force Stop]

Update Dawn AI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dawn AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dawn AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dawn AI.

Fix Dawn AI unable to contact server/ Dawn AI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dawn AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dawn AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
