When I try to generate anything, it processes, or at least looks like it is, and then tells me "An unknown error occured" and gives me the "cancel" or "try again" option. Try again doesn't work.

I have paid for the lifetime subscription for the app, received confirmation. Everytime I try to use the app it requests payment. I tried again thinking it didn't go through and it says I've already subscribed.
