Every other time I use it I have to reboot my phone. I like using it but I’m sick of it not working are freezing.

Only just bought it 2 days ago and generated about 8 image - even the very 1st image I generated froze - it’s frozen 50% of the time or more - have to always reboot my phone - not cool hey - fix or give my money back

How to fix DaVinci app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DaVinci app on iPhone
Update DaVinci app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DaVinci iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DaVinci on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DaVinci network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DaVinci Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DaVinci not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DaVinci App
1. On android, goto Settings » DaVinci » click [Force Stop]

Update DaVinci to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DaVinci App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DaVinci » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DaVinci.

Fix DaVinci unable to contact server/ DaVinci internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DaVinci » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DaVinci » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DaVinci
