Was enjoying the app then it stopped working so I deleted it to reinstall it and now I can reinstall it as it says I can’t in this country or area. I’m in the uk

How to fix Portal app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Portal app on iPhone
Update Portal app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Portal iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Portal on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Portal network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Portal Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Portal not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Portal App
1. On android, goto Settings » Portal » click [Force Stop]

Update Portal to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Portal App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Portal » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Portal.

Fix Portal unable to contact server/ Portal internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Portal » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Portal » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Portal
