Force Stop the Portal App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Portal app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Portal to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Portal App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Portal app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Portal.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Portal » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
