NGL Status

I'm unable to post my replys on Instagram

When I open the NGL app it keeps giving me a notification to update it and when I press update it takes me to the app store and there’s no place where it tells me to update it. This happens every time i open the app so it does not let me use the app anymore

The app keeps say I need to update it but I can't

It said their was an update, but then when update was done i re-opened the app and it says it still needs an update. i when you click update option takes you to app store, in which the store says it has been update no further updates available.

I can not send any ngl messages

I can’t view new messages

My link cannot send messages to people

I get notifications that I have new messages but when I go to my inbox, nothing new shows up.

I can't paste my ngl link on my ig story, what can i do?

Despite permissions for the app to save to my gallery, I can't post my response to twitter without screenshotting and cropping the question and doing it manually 😒

My NGL is notifying me that there's a new message but if i check it there's really no message that i got...Why is it like this?

I installed the App. But whenever I copied the link, I can't paste it into any messages I want to. Neither the links on IG or FB. I am using IOS. I don't know how to solve it.

What is the point of this app? It clearly doesn’t work properly. Have tried all the fixes but it’s still not working and the customer support is ineffective.

Cannot respond to messages on instagram story

It keeps on crashing Instagram when I press reply on any message that came in

I tried to reply to my message but everytime I press the button it tries to open instagram and immediately crashes instagram.

It's only showing one message I can't see the rest

I received a notification of an NGL sent to me. But there were no new messages coming in.

The app won't download. It's compatible with my device but it just said "pending" to download for an hour. Tried to download it about 4 times yesterday and it did the same thing.

I got the The error "something we're wrong" and seems to not working anymore due to uninstall it once and reinstall again. But didn't work

I've been trying to download this app but each time it hangs at 87% downloaded and the play store app tells me "can't download Ngl app" This problem is occurring only on this app, i tried downloading another app and it worked perfectly fine.

I can post people’s responses but on Instagram it seems to be glitching and I can’t see the rest of the responses but from my other account I can see everything I posted on my story

I deleted the app multiple times. It still want let me submit my username. This ridiculous

Everytime i get a new message it will send me the notification but it won’t let me see the new message like it won’t even pop up in the app.

It won’t let me submit my Instagram user name. I deleted it and downloaded it back and i powered off and back on my phone, still isn’t working

my link wont work. i tried everything, i deleted the app and reinstalled, nothing.

My NGL link won't work, even if I copy the correct link.
