It’s stuck on chat mode, there’s no other buttons. The only thing on the screen is the 2 people I’ve chatted with, and it says “chat” in the left upper corner. And over my friends there’s a search bar. Nothing else

I had a lot of issue about the app when I follow people and when I clicked their profile. The profile doesn't work and I hope there's something else I can concerning of when in account there's like you can see views on people how many goes looking your account I can't see it because you prescription and then the prescription doesn't work because it doesn't allow me to pay and if someone likes my profile I can't see because it's like Blurry and I won't know who likes it and there's also like a gems and it seems that around 12:00 at night it only gives you about an hour to pick a random message I hope you take my concern and fix this cuz I really like this app and I don't want to delete this and I have to create another account again.

How to fix LMK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LMK app on iPhone
Update LMK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LMK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LMK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LMK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LMK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LMK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LMK App
1. On android, goto Settings » LMK » click [Force Stop]

Update LMK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LMK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LMK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LMK.

Fix LMK unable to contact server/ LMK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LMK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LMK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LMK
