Today I looked at the alarm messages from a week back and all the pictures are gone. For the last 4 months the pictures would stay even if the video was gone. Mubview is so buggy. Looks like you released a new version yesterday and I’m concerned that I will lose all the rest of my footage.

On two recordings I suddenly do not have any audio on the recording. I have had to go back and RE-record the missing time and then go listen back to make sure the recording included audio. Please fix this issue. It’s wasting a lot of my time. Also, the history tab sometimes bugs out and won’t switch to the current day. Specifically I had issues on the 1st day of April, it kept popping me back to March 31st, and I could not get it to show me April 1st unless I navigated to the history from the motion alerts messages area. Today I had the same issue. Features I would like is the ability to see noise alerts from the history tab while watching the video. Currently I can only see motion alerts marked on the time line. Also I’d like for the grid picture version of the alert messages area to show the whole picture, currently it’s cutting off both sides of the picture when in this view.

I work in the IOT industry. Mubview and camera system are not very user-friendly. it appears to just gather information on you and allow you to look through a camera that you can pan around. The alarm notification is just a single ding, no way to change that to a more persistent alarm noise to get your attention to tell you that the camera is detected movement. so unless you’re staring at your phone Home Screen and watching Mubview icon screen you’ll never know your camera detected movement. It seems this was developed for a security guard to be physically watching a monitor and also log what that person sees, not to alert you to movement or noise.

App was easy to install and setup. It’s basic and simple which I like. The big problem is the notification settings. There is no way to customize the notification. When I’m away from home or sleeping, I want the motion notification to be load and alarming and persistent. Mubview does not provide that options to increase volume, change sound, or require a response. Just a single common sound notification and that’s it. This isn’t very effective.

Somethings don’t open like view adjustment it should be easy peazy & adding to my cloud I already pay for don’t understand how to connect the 2 not a easy task and bye now electronics should be easy. Don’t get me wrong I like the product I would like it more if it was a matter of opening Mubview clicking on home page or the 3 bars but nope just not an easy device unless mine don’t work right

It has a long lag time on moving the camera to view another area of the room. It sometimes moves more than what I pressed and moves all the way one direction. Other than that I think Mubview is easy to use and setting up Mubview with the camera was a breeze. I like the notification that I get(Apple Watch) to help me keep an eye on my cat while I’m at work.

My 1st review has not appeared, so I’m keeping it simple this go-around. Camera does exactly what it should. Price is affordable. Night vision is good but could be better. I cannot figure out how the cloud storage works but I will sooner or later LOL!! Overall a 4**** and I’d buy this brand again!!! :)

Mubview seems to work pretty well for the this app camera that I have, but I wish the developer would add the ability to schedule notifications. For example, I would like for the camera to notify me if motion is detected at my home when I am at work. This way, the camera could be used as a very simple security system.

It’s a decent app but could use some upgrades. I’d like to see a dark theme added. Sometimes the motion tracking just doesn’t work despite multiple times of resetting. Despite having a 94% connection it takes forever to load recorded videos and sometimes it won’t load at all, again…this is with a 94% reception. Don’t understand that at all. Seems like a firmware issue.

We have one in back yard so far. The other will be in front of house.
Back yard works great. Many alerts since we have 3 dogs that go out multiple times a day. I can hear the barking on playback lol. I’m hoping the front of house will give great coverage as well. We had multiple days in a row of rain no noticeable sunshine but camera recorded so the solar charge worked despite cloudy and pouring rain!
We are very happy so far. No running wires a huge plus!!!!

This doorbell camera is great. The option to get cloud or use a memory card is what made me decide to buy this. Setting up and mounting the camera was easy. Mubview is easy and helpful on the setup to get the camera on and placing my doorbell ringer anywhere instead of plugging it was a nice surprise. Once the camera was on the picture is nice and clear and night time was great also. Very happy with this purchase.

These cameras work so well that I am replacing my older Samsung security cams with these. The Samsungs I had were having trouble connecting to and staying connected to my internet, even though they were on the same room as the router! These this app cams connect, record and playback with great resolution so reliability, I just can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend!

I received this camera as a gift, and I really like it! It does a great job for a reasonable price, and I don’t even need the video recording feature, since it sends snapshots to my phone automatically. The notifications seem to work very well, and it’s nice to be able to view my entryway even when I’m away from home.

I really haven’t had any issues with Mubview so far. It has a lot of features, like being able to change my voice when needed, turn the tamper alarm settings on and off, customize the sensitivity and coverage areas, etc. Since I’m not using video, the battery has lasted for weeks without needing to be charged. Very happy with it overall!

I’ve been using Mubview and security camera for less than a week and they have done a great job for me. The setup was easy and the device was up and running in a short time. Navigation within Mubview was very good, but not always as intuitive as I would have liked. There are a couple of things that I have yet to figure out, but I have no doubt I will be able to after I have worked with Mubview for a while. I will be looking to get another this app security camera in the future.

I was surprised with the quality of this camera for its price, the night vision works great and so does the doorbell to phone notification! The chime doesn’t always ring but I never miss a ring to my phone! I also like the cloud how it stores the videos. It is definitely a smart investment and customer service is AMAZING! Will be buying more soon!

I don’t understand or use a lot of the technical features of this device yet, but I can say I am amply impressed with the ease of use of the features I utilize & how much value that brings to my life. I don’t answer my door. Ever. Unless I have to, and this device is how I determine whether or not I “have to.” I can see who’s here, see what they’re doing out there, and even get alerted when I’m not there, when otherwise I would never know I had missed someone of importance. There’s so much functionality I haven’t used yet, but for the price, this is a must-buy if you’re an anxiety-ridden, single female like me. Affordable option that MORE THAN gets the job done!

Everything is working fine. The only thing right now is, not being able to delete any or all of the pictures it takes. Also the manual not the best it could be. That at this time is all I have at this time.

I’ve had 3 of your cameras for over a year and I love everything about it except having to hold the mic. I would like to just tap it just like the 📢symbol. That’s the only thing that I would change. Thank you for allowing me to watch and talk to my pets in the rooms that I keep them in when I’m away.

Mubview is extremely easy to navigate and use. I love how their is a family feature on Mubview that gives my grandma access to see who is at the door and be able to speak with then when I’m gone at work. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

After downloading Mubview and creating the account everything else was a breeze . I am a iPhone user and I was able to add my recent purchase of the doorbell and follow the prompts screen by screen and connected the doorbell and pair the chime to my 2.4ghz Wi-Fi . Mubview is responsive and when I tested the doorbell the viewing was clear .

This is a great app! Love the clown and uncle voice over features and the clarity of the videos and pictures. Speed to phone could be improved. There’s a 4-5 second delay when the sensor or chime is activated. When adding a family member, the owner should be able to add or remove a bit easier without having to create a whole separate account for the added family member. When the device alerts come through on the phone, it should automatically go to the live feed as opposed to the saved feed. Those little things aside, great app.
