Once loaded on your iPhone. Cannot remove app to reinstall if you make an error registering. I initially signed up using Apple sign in but noticed that the default email address on my profile was not my true email address and it will not allow you to edit. So I figured I could remove app, reinstall using a normal sign up procedure, but WetzelsPretzels will not allow, Citing device is already registered and cannot use app at all, regardless of how I attempt to sign in. So had to find another phone to use and sign up for WetzelsPretzels . .

I tried to pay through WetzelsPretzels with 2 different cards and it doesn’t work. Just keeps saying can’t process.

0 points earned after I spent $60 dollars!!! This is the 2nd time it’s done this.

Bait and switch. I signed up for an account and it said I have a free pretzel. But as soon as I tried to redeem it says you need to verify email. But then the email never comes. Complete scam of an app.

did not get free pretzel as sign said after downloading app and scan receipt and only got seven points. I need more than that for a free pretzel.

I go here a lot and hey I get points that’s cool. But that’s the things I haven’t received any points since I got WetzelsPretzels and it’s basically a scam

I had to throw my pretzels away🫤they were too hard to chew, not sure if I will be back. For years I have been a huge fan of your pretzels🙃

The service is always horrible even when they are not busy.

I have such trouble using WetzelsPretzels. It gives me my error messages so often I am constantly losing rewards because it doesn’t work.

I have scanned the barcode to earn points and I have not seen them apply to my total points

Accidentally signed up with wrong email, deleted the account and tried again and suddenly my device can never have an account again okay.

Ever since WetzelsPretzels changed/updated, I have not been able to use any reward coupons in store. No matter whose/what card I use to pay online, it doesn’t work… very inconvenient went from being a regular to not even going because of so many issues with rewards.

As I type this message I can’t se it so there’s that issue. Then when I scan my receipt barcode to redeem a reward it says congratulations you’ve earned 0 rewards?? Nice approach, terrible execution and development.

No matter how many times I request to verify or how long I wait, it never sends the verification email it’s claiming to. Using sign up w apple too so I know the email is correct. Feels an awfully like I’m being promised a product and WetzelsPretzels is doing everything it can to prevent me from getting that product. Someone tag me when there’s a class action lol

Pretzels are always nice and fresh. Usually I have great service and I am a regular customer at this occasional visit I would charge .99 for a cup of water and not even told that they were going to charge me a dollar. I work in customer service and you should always tell someone when charging. Not sure why the worker charge me $.99 for a water and did not tell me that is why I am giving dinged them a one star rating.

Making an account was so difficult for no reason. First, I tried using my Apple ID account, like WetzelsPretzels suggests, but then it didn’t use my correct email in the autofill so I deactivated the account, since I couldn’t verify my email. THEN I tried making a new account entering all my information in manually, but it didn’t allow me to make the account because apparently deleting my Apple ID account meant I couldn’t use the same phone number?? THEN I tried making a whole new account with a completely separate email, with no intention of using my phone number at all, and I got an “error” message saying that I’ve “reached the maximum amount of guests allowed per device” for WetzelsPretzels ! I deleted and redownloaded WetzelsPretzels TWICE - same error message! My phone is up to date on software updates, so I don’t think it’s that - it’s just WetzelsPretzels giving me a hard time. Really frustrating and just ridiculous!!

Don't get me wrong, WetzelsPretzels itself is self explanatory and easy to navigate through which is why I give it 2 stars, but there are menu items that aren't on WetzelsPretzels ! I always order the Almond Bitz whenever I go to one of the in-person stores, but I can't order one through WetzelsPretzels ! Even if I try to switch stores, there is never an Almond Bitz option. Not only that, they make you have to buy up to $25 worth of food items just to create a delivery order to your home. Anything below that– you can't order for delivery which is honestly stupid. I just want comfort food.

So stupid, got my pretz and the lady wouldn’t scan my app QR code in the store, so I had the receipt. Did it in the car and it said I was “too far from a Wetzel’s location”. That’s wrong

They were efficient at moving the long line along. The food and drinks were given to us immediately. The two stars less was because an employee that was moving a cart bumped into the back heel of my foot while was wearing sandal. He didn’t watch where he was going with his headphones, no apologies whatsoever, very unprofessional.

Even though I live 30 mins away, but I make the time and drive to buy my yummy pretzel and dip from the Mission Viejo store. I Suraya love seeing Kim’s smiling face, besides how fresh those pretzels are always made! Yumm :)p

I should already have free pretzels. I’ve bought them every day but it didn’t reflect on my rewards but now that I scanned my recent receipt now it shows. But how come my emailed receipts aren’t reward worthy?

He is so friendly and so nice and he does such a good job when he is putting the salt in the cinnamon sugar on!

Today was awesome my pretzel cheese dogs were fresh and hot and the ambience was awesome!! I’ll be back!!

Isaiah greeted me with a smile and was prompt. He thanked me and wished me a good day. In many fast food places those basic greetings and good-byes are seldom heard. Glad to see a store associate deliver those.

2x Wetzel cheese dog, Wetzel pepperoni dog, Wetzel pepperoni pretzel, 🥨 and three jalapeño cheese sauces. In life what else can you ask for without the drama??? honestly can a woman satisfy you the way Wetzel pretzel does for the last 20 years??? So far...
