How to fix Mimic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mimic app on iPhone
Update Mimic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mimic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mimic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mimic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mimic app issues:

Force Stop the Mimic App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mimic app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mimic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mimic App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mimic app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mimic.

Fix Mimic unable to contact server/ Mimic internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mimic » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Mimic » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mimic on android.
