When you finally get a “good distance” after dealing with this for maybe 40 minutes, you might get to 4 o’clock - literally just turning on an axis from where it was detecting you just fine - and suddenly it can’t detect you anymore. At that point, it doesn’t actually vocalize any error, so feel free to just stand there in silence forever like a dumb penguin with your wings out. I’ve verified I’m in the field of view by taking a timed photo of myself, and I’ve tried setting the phone on 7 different tables and chairs in 5 different rooms — so don’t try to blame the user. Enjoy click click click click clicking past the instruction videos on all 30 attempts. IF and when you are finally able to complete a scan, measurements might be up or down 2 inches from the week before - lacking reliability, validity, or any utility. I did not gain or lose 1.8 inches anywhere in a single week. Whoever developed this: dishonor on you, dishonor on your family, dishonor on your cow.

I’ve had this product since Nov 2022 and tried at least dozen times or more and it won’t work. Can’t get past like 6 o’clock and it fails each time. Doing everything it says, I’m not a total IT idiot but I have yet for it to complete the process. When I bought the suite there was no mention of any phone specs you “had” to have for it to work and I have an iPhone 8 and it won’t work. Contacted customer service and they sent back an email with a list of things to send them back on my phone specs…stupid!!! Pro duct should be compatible period!! Or state that CLEARLY before someone purchases product. Super bummed…am influencer is promoting this and the product is too buggy or doesn’t even work. Caution when purchasing!

My advice is: don‘t buy the suit, use this during the one week free trial, and then delete.

I paid 200 for the Zozo suit, which is only a light, tight top and leggings set with a highly visible pattern. I could have used any brightly patterned yoga top and pants, which would have cost me less and from which I could have gotten more use. ZOZOFIT even says as much in it’s instructions.

This isn’t just a suit, however, it’s also the scanning and measuring technology. Surely that is was I paid the $200 for!

Nope, to actually scan or use ZOZOFIT I must also pay $15 for one month or $24 for three. If I just want to use the suit that I paid $200 for, I must pay close to another $100 for every year. If I keep this thing for five years, my total cost will be 700$ (assuming Zozo remains in business that long and that there are no increases in the subscription price).

I gave two stars, and not one, because the tech actually works, but the suit pricing is so misleading, and the addition of a subscription cost for those who buy the suit so insulting, I cannot give it any more.

It isn’t that hard to go to a tailor the one time ever two years that I really need exact measurements.

I only wish I now didn’t have a plastic-based, non-biodegradable top and leggings set that isn’t a type of fabric that I can use it for anything else to deal with. I would much rather have my 200$.

I'm impressed with the quality of the scans (I have the Zozo suit) and appreciate being able to more easily track my progress. I just hope there is deeper Apple Health integration in the future. Right now it can pull my height and weight and things like calories burned via HealthKit but it doesn't write out any of my measurements which would be great so that I can use them in other apps.

I am happy with ZOZOFIT , the camera only scans without the suit seem pretty spot on compared to with the suit. I wanted to support and have consistent readings so I opted to get the suit.

The lack of one star would be because ZOZOFIT does not share measurements to Apple Health. Would be 5 star if those reading where shared since I have all my previous measurements and Apple Health is my main hub for all things health.

The suit and app are both a wake up call and a blessing. I love the idea of getting an unbiased rendering of my starting body shape, and consistent measurements in subsequent readings.

After the package arrived one day earlier than projected, I downloaded ZOZOFIT , followed directions on how to wear it, and scanned my body. It only took less than 15 minutes in my diffused lit (north facing) foyer to take the reading on the very first try.

I look forward to my next scan, and have set my goals to see my progress. I am a big proponent of metrics, and deadlines, so this solution is perfect for me. I have carefully folded up the suit in the original packaging to avoid any of the damage (dog chewing, cat clawing, etc) reported by other users.

I have a hard time seeing result on the scale because I am extremely active. It can be upsetting to not see the scale move. Using this app has changed it all for me because now I can see results even though my weight has not changed much. I can’t tell you what a relief it is for me to be able to see results and not pay attention to the scale. Makes me so happy.

I followed the instructions carefully and everything went perfectly on the first attempt. After seeing my body represented as a 3d model, I would like to formally apologize to anybody that had ever seen me in person. Sorry. I’m working on it.

It’s too bad phone based AI systems can’t yet do this without the fancy suit. But the fact that it works so reliably is a bit mind boggling.

This is a very unique approach to body measurements and creating fitness goals. ZOZOFIT has been updated since I first purchased and seems to be working better.

I’m the past I never focused on any measurements besides overall weight, mostly because I didn’t know how to consistently and accurately measure myself. this app seems to be the answer!

I’m intrigued to see what comes next.

Easy and quick way to measure and see results. Goals set allow focus on what you want to work on, whether you’re building or slimming. Scans take less than 2 minutes including suiting up. The color graph and side by side comparison of individual body areas between any scans from your history are great tools. Highly recommend for anyone tracking their physical metrics.

I love ZOZOFIT and my this app suit. It’s so easy to set up and I really enjoy comparing my scans to where I started. Such a wonderful reminder of how far I’ve come. I used to always use a measuring tape and an excel spreadsheet to keep track of my measurements, but with the suit and app I no longer have to struggle to get the measurement tape in the perfect spot. The customer service is also very amazing. Highly recommend!

I am a personal trainer and doing body measurements with my clients the old school way with a simple measurement tape isn’t 100% accurate and it takes too much time. I have been using the this app suit for over a year now for myself and my clients and the 3D scan really gives us an accurate scan which helps me as a trainer to determine the next workout steps for my clients. I love the suit.

I’ll admit, I was a little bit of a skeptic! But ZOZOFIT is even more fantastic than I ever could have imagined. The features unlock such a great awareness of my body composition. They have such great measurement technologies and really cool user experiences that allow you to pinch and Zoom in on specific areas of your body. it lights up with your body composition changes overtime. I love using this to see my body changes post-pregnancy, and very impressed by the precision

I bought this two weeks ago. I was a little skeptical about a body scanner that was this inexpensive, but thought I’d give it a try. I could not be more pleased. It’s easy to use and gives accurate measurements. The history and comparisons to previous measures is so helpful. If you are looking for a good way to track your whole body measurements quickly and easily for a great price, look no further.

I see a lot of people complain they couldn’t get it to work. Lighting is crucial when doing this. I tried about 8 different places to do it before I got it to take. It’s using a phone camera to scan so of course it’s gonna be a little finicky. Idk why people can’t expect that. If you can’t get it to work don’t give up and really tweak your lighting in your room cause when you do get the scan to take it is insanely accurate. Like I was wowed. My gym has a full body scanner and it is just as accurate as that thing. The only difference is I don’t have to pay $35 every time I want to scan myself now. $100 an do have unlimited scanning for life? Yes please. I’m hopeful this will help me in my weightloss journey to help show the areas I’m improving even when I can’t see it in the mirror. Thanks for this amazing app.

The this app suit and app allows me to not only track my measurements but it gives me information that gives me the power to take charge of my health. The cost of the suit paid for itself after the first scan and through amazing technology zozo is empowering people wether they are athletes or not to truly take responsibility for their health.

The color metric feature is amazing motivation! I love seeing the different colors after I complete a scan and it makes me feel like I am actually doing something right in my workouts. My mentality towards fitness is gradually changing into a more positive outlook. Would recommend for anyone who is struggling with seeing their weight not go down or up like they want, this really shows you where you’re gaining and losing even if your weight barely moved.

I live doing my measurements with this app! I started a weight loss journey in May 2023 and it’s been so nice to be able to easily track changes in my measurements. I’ve never been able to successfully do it with a tape measure.

Also, I recently noticed their policy about exchanging the suit if your body changes and it no longer fits (regardless of which direction you went.) Happy to say at 130 lbs down it no longer fits and a new one is in its way, free of charge. So happy with this purchase!!

I had to start over in September because of a new phone, not that it wasnt an option to transfer but it wasnt that big of a change after a few months so i just did. The suit fits well and scanning takes maybe two minutes. The colormetric comparison scans are my favorite. You really see how you’ve changed over time. I have made modest gains with body fat staying pretty much the same, but I’ve been bodybuilding for about three weeks and hopefully that really helps.

I absolutely love the suit and app. It’s great for me as well as my clients. It’s very helpful for them to be able to see with visual cues like colors how their body is changing and what progress they are making.

As for myself, creates an easier way for me to track my fitness. I work out very consistently, but still have very real goals that the zozo fit app allows me to see and track and I’m very thankful for that.

I have always struggled with scale anxiety and feeling discouraged when stepping on the scale. I would work out so hard and eat right but the scale would show little progress. This has absolutely changed my entire outlook on my fitness journey in such a positive way. Stepping on a scale does not tell you the whole story and getting the monitor the changes in my actual body composition & measurements is INCREDIBLE. I actually get excited to use the body scans and ZOZOFIT has 1000% helped me get closer to my goals!! THANK YOU!!!

As someone who has had a complicated lifelong journey with fitness, I’ve found that the key to success is all about accountability and removing obstacles that could derail your plan. I’ve always been a person who relied solely on the data from the scale, which tells so little of the story. I can use the this app suit and app to get a complete picture of my body composition in a couple of minutes, and compare it to previous measurements to ensure I’m trending in the right direction. All I need is the suit and the this app app on my phone to keep myself accountable.

As I transitioned from having a personal trainer for years, to training myself, I desperately needed an app or something to help track my progress. I no longer had access to an in-body scan and a dexa scan wasn’t as convenient. When I stumbled upon this app thru an advertisement on TikTok, I scanned through the comments and saw pretty favorable reviews. I now can also attest to its quality and accuracy!!! I’m happy to say I've grown in areas I focused on, since using the suit (chest, arms, quads). I’ve used it for formal attire measurements as well. The this app suit is a must have, for anyone who seriously wants to track their progress! 5 stars!

Love ZOZOFIT and the suit. Only complaint is my inability to change the time of day for the reminder. Unfortunately when attempting to set a specific time, the scrolling numbers return to the current time of day. I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this issue or not, but it would be helpful if this bug could be fixed.
