Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZOZOFIT app issues:

Force Stop the ZOZOFIT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZOZOFIT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZOZOFIT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZOZOFIT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZOZOFIT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZOZOFIT.

Fix ZOZOFIT unable to contact server/ ZOZOFIT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ZOZOFIT » "Force Stop".
