BODi Status

I normally do two workouts back-to-back on BODi using my Roku. When I do this, the second workout never tracks. The blue bar never appears and it never shows up in the BODi app on my phone under tracking. I have to physically get out of the Roku app and turn off my tv and turn it back on and start the app again before my 2nd workout in order for it to track. I can’t be the only person this is happening to. It’s very frustrating since I like to know which workouts I have completed.

My bodi programs are slow to open then they cut out in the middle of a class. Due to a connection problem. all my other devices work fine. I'm using the computer monitor that came with the MYX fitness bike

Says "whoop. Something went WRONG - try again or we will resolve it soon. " when I hit PLAY -all classes all come up , HR monitor I connected. Second day in a row. Ugh. No classes will play. Please advise.

All my programs have padlocks on them. Keep telling me I owe money. I am not due to re-subscribe until 11/1/2023. Just seems like extra trouble getting in lately, in general, and I'm losing time and days in workouts. Frustrated cuz I live in WI and there’s much snow and cold right now and I can’t workout outside!! Help! 🥹

I just got released to go back to exercising by my doctor. I try to go into my computer to bring it up and log in but it keeps taking me to a cover page that says beachbody on demand and no where to log in. I dont have a fire stick etc. Never have had one so I dont know why I just cant get in on my computer. It comes up on my iphone ok. but I do not want to look at a tiny screen to exercise. How do I get back into my account?

Beachbody app not longer working on my fire stick. Works on iPad but I’d prefer it on my TV. Barbell just spins when you try to get into a workout.

Lately the app is not working on my ROKU when the other apps work perfectly. it keeps telling me i am offline or i dont have the rights. I can't finish the program I started and paying monthly fees to not be able to use it.

Stopped working a few days agon on Fire Stick. Barbell spins and then boots me back to amazon home page. I have tried all the recommended fixes. Won't work on either Fire Stick. Everything else works.

Can’t open the app on my firestick, barbell Spins for a few seconds then it sends me back to the previous screen. Beachbody is aware of this issue and hopefully they are mindful of how it impacts their customers, why aren’t they fixing it with urgency or at least posting updates on their website???

App not working on firestick. I tried all of the obvious troubleshooting with no luck. It’s a problem within Beachbody.

Beachbody app worked fine up until yesterday. Now it acts like it is loading then bumps me back to home screen. I have done EVERY single troubleshooting suggestion 10 times over. 😖

The app won't even load, I've gone through every trouble shooting solution. All other apps work. It's just this app. Fix it! So frustrating to pay for this much money for something that won't even work!

App crashing. Have cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled (multiple times) and app won’t open. The hour glass dumbbell thing spinning seems to be doing it with a weird grey/black color block background which isn’t usual.

App crashes and won't load on firestick Yes I have tried every damn possible troubleshooting fix. All other firestick apps work so it's your app. Fix this! So infuriating!

Can't make the app load. I try to open in on firestick and it crashes everytime.

Beachbody on Firestick. No workouts load and keeps telling me error ex10. Have rebooted and uninstalled app and it did not solve issue. Internet connection is good.

I can sign into the app but it will not let me get into any classes. Gives me an error code.

Hi I have already called and reset my password. The Beachbody app says I cannot login. I've tried resetting my Internet, phone, and deleting and reinstalling the app. Please help.
