I’ve tried so many times to connect it to my phone and it won’t connect. I’ve even disconnected for a day to see if it would reset but nothing. So now it’s just a expensive water bowl. For now the rating stands until the problem is fixed.
petgugu is great, the product it supports is great, but the functionality of petgugu isn’t as good as it can be. For example- there is no option for imperial. Only metric. Huge miss. There is no way to select what notifications you get. I do not need to know when my pet is drinking. Others may, so make it an option. I bought this for reminders to clean, swap filter, and especially water running low. It does that things, but I also get at least 20 notifications a day that my two cats are drinking.
It's a very good app, the interface is very beautiful, the interaction is very friendly, and the operation of the bound device is very convenient.
