How to fix AceFluency app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AceFluency app on iPhone
Update AceFluency app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AceFluency iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AceFluency on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AceFluency network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AceFluency Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AceFluency not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AceFluency App
1. On android, goto Settings » AceFluency » click [Force Stop]

Update AceFluency to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AceFluency App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AceFluency » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AceFluency.

Fix AceFluency unable to contact server/ AceFluency internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AceFluency » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AceFluency » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
