Summary of AEOU Problems 🔥

- No option to "re-paint" on what you've erased when adding a wallpaper

- No option to zoom in when trying to erase to get a clean edge

- Would be nice to have access to all style categories without pop-ups about monthly subscription

I tap this app to use & when I tap my photo that i want edit but got me back Home Screen, i realise it is a crush, I even delete it & i re-download it & crush again, I just got dm from Kate Albrecht & she suggest me to contact AEOU support team. I extremely love this app ALOT & I just don’t want her fans also experience same thing please update to prevent crush.

AEOU iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix AEOU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AEOU app on iPhone
Update AEOU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AEOU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AEOU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AEOU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AEOU Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AEOU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AEOU App
1. On android, goto Settings » AEOU » click [Force Stop]

Update AEOU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AEOU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AEOU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AEOU.

Fix AEOU unable to contact server/ AEOU internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AEOU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AEOU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AEOU
