Tried to open online bank , used CapitalBank while putting my personal info CapitalBank suddenly closed !!!
Tried to put my info again , said the info was already used 🫨
CapitalBank does not change currencies, for example if I want to settle $10 on my card and I select an account with 8JDs CapitalBank gives an “insufficient funds” error. The old app was so much better in all aspects, this one is very poor.
Difficult to handle and not easy to enter and I can not do it on my laptop the previous one was far better plus I have lost all my contacts.

CapitalBank has improved but the most important feature in it doesn’t work. You cant have statements and transactions are not clear they just show money in and out no details. Other banks gives more cash back. And log in need to be pressed to sign in should sign in directly
Why can’t we pull our monthly statements? Not from CapitalBank nor from the website. That’s ridiculous.
Am proud to be one of your costumer and l wish that I had be working with you before I leave all banks even if they give me prestigious stage just to become one of your Clint
