Tried to open online bank , used the app while putting my personal info the app suddenly closed !!!

The app does not change currencies, for example if I want to settle $10 on my card and I select an account with 8JDs the app gives an “insufficient funds” error. The old app was so much better in all aspects, this one is very poor.
