I have decided to delete my account because I didn’t get pay from you, I keep getting paid $0.01, One cent this is not right I just finished board Kings offer at $28 it only gave me one cent other offers I did it also only gave me one cent. Thank a lot for nothing.

After 3 weeks I finally reached the magical amount needed for a cashout, £4. That was far longer than the 24 hours they claimed it would take. I was informed that it would take 1-2 days to receive my reward. That was a month ago. No reward and no response to numerous attempts to contact them. I have to say this seems illegal. might not seem like a lot but if they rip off 100000 people, that's a whole lot of money. I would think legal action should be sought against them. And they will have to pay not only the rewards they haven't delivered but also any legal fees incurred in recouping the rewards. Other damages may be awarded on top of that. So I would be more than happy to share my experience and documentation with an attorney. Absolutely ridiculous the way people and companies are allowed to scam citizens. Tar and feathering should be reconsidered.

Just took a survey 69 cent completed got a boost took it up to 83 cent the credit never showed up I would of had 483 now I'm not getting credited really
When I finish surveys on the list it gives me some ridiculous list of surveys that only have two stars on them. I thought you match surveys to people's profile! You obviously don't! They have screenshots of all these fake surveys. I'm turning them over to a lawyer you'll hear from me soon!
You can check my status the last two surveys I did had to do with politics I went 98% into the survey and then the survey in both issues I was declined and was not paid that is not right you need to fix this problem I appreciate the two cents that you give but the spend 20 minutes and answer all the questions truthfully and honestly it is very unfair and once it knocks you out declined is nothing else you can do very unhappy

This is a decent app I’ve made over $60 using it in my free time doing surveys but there had been some issues I’ve been facing lately I would like to point out like I said you can definitely do the surveys and make money on here some you do get disqualified for but for the most part it’s okay I’ve started to do offers on the app as well using adgem and revu I have completed some offers on both and eventually got blocked by revu for trying to contact support I have gotten credited for adgem in the past but recently nothing is being credited I’ve done multiple offers and made it to the level just to not receive pay out I’ve contacted adgem and surveyspin but no response at all and it’s frustrating because my surveys has also dropped I get like two or three surveys that are all under 20 cents now so it’s been hard to cash out I have around $15 in offers that I’m waiting on and hopefully after leaving this review someone will reach out (I would like to add that I have cashed out multiple times this app is legit but I’ve just been having problems recently definitely try it out but do it knowing this could happen)
Scam and waste of time!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I have been doing this app non-stop for 2 weeks, and have only received $3 and some change. And I have worked several hours a day on this app, doing everything I’m supposed to do. When u first start, you make a quick $2 in one day for the setup. After that, it kicks you out of every survey even if you do pick the right answers. I have finished several surveys and it said I finished the survey, and it would give me no $ at all! And I’ve wrote the people who are with this app, and no responds back! And I have referred a few ppl, never got anything for that when they signed up… and 1 of the ppl I referred, worked very hard to get almost $4. Then got back on the app and all her money she worked very hard on for 2 weeks was close to the $5/cashout, and then BOOM 💣💥her money was gone and said she only had 1 cent and said no history, SMH!
Save your time, do not waste any of it on this app, im kinda disgusted I let myself keep thinking it would get better.

This app is a scam. It’s hard enough to earn $5, but once you do, you will never receive your cash out. Customer support (at the email they continually tell people to reach them at) is nonexistent. You will never receive a response no matter how many times you try. I will probably receive the same canned response here from the developers telling me to contact them at their support email, but it means nothing. Read through the reviews. The only real reviews say the same thing: you will not receive your money and customer support doesn’t exist to help. I will update/change my review in the event I receive my money and a response from customer support. Its been well over a week now and no payment.
EDIT: Shocker—I received a canned response. I’ll send a screenshot of this to customer support as requested and we’ll see if I ever get a response. I doubt it as I’ve sent many emails daily requesting help from this very same email. Whether I receive a response or not, I’ll return here to update my review and let everyone know the outcome.
