After 3 weeks I finally reached the magical amount needed for a cashout, £4. That was far longer than the 24 hours they claimed it would take. I was informed that it would take 1-2 days to receive my reward. That was a month ago. No reward and no response to numerous attempts to contact them. I have to say this seems illegal. might not seem like a lot but if they rip off 100000 people, that's a whole lot of money. I would think legal action should be sought against them. And they will have to pay not only the rewards they haven't delivered but also any legal fees incurred in recouping the rewards. Other damages may be awarded on top of that. So I would be more than happy to share my experience and documentation with an attorney. Absolutely ridiculous the way people and companies are allowed to scam citizens. Tar and feathering should be reconsidered.

I recently cast out to PayPal.I am still waiting for my payment.I had an email saying that it was going to take 1 to 2 days.I am still waiting for this payment.You've got my contact email for my PayPal account.So what are you playing at you call this account It's not a company when you're ripping people off.

I deleted my account with my yahoo e-mail and started a new account with my gmail and it won’t let me verify my account by phone number. It keeps telling me the number is associated with another account.

Everytime I try to cash out on this app it gives me some kind of trouble. I can never cash out smoothly and always something everytime I try.

I see reading the comments above. People having the same issue as I am. You tell me what to do and I do it and I even give a new email. And your response….put in a new email. 🙄. How many emails do you think it will take before it sends me the “magic link”? Is there a phone number so I can explain over the phone. You obviously don’t understand the issue.

The app is stuck on the locked survey screen an hhs nor n me any surveys for 2 days. I don't want to lose my balance by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Just took a survey 69 cent completed got a boost took it up to 83 cent the credit never showed up I would of had 483 now I'm not getting credited really

When I finish surveys on the list it gives me some ridiculous list of surveys that only have two stars on them. I thought you match surveys to people's profile! You obviously don't! They have screenshots of all these fake surveys. I'm turning them over to a lawyer you'll hear from me soon!

You can check my status the last two surveys I did had to do with politics I went 98% into the survey and then the survey in both issues I was declined and was not paid that is not right you need to fix this problem I appreciate the two cents that you give but the spend 20 minutes and answer all the questions truthfully and honestly it is very unfair and once it knocks you out declined is nothing else you can do very unhappy

Since you guy revised the game I can’t get into it. When I log it sends a code to my email but I don’t get it, either in my yahoo account or gmail. Please help I want back into the surveys, I love your app
