Scam, customer service phone out of order. I have 15.00 from surveys, now saying my phone number is some other member phone number and they can't send the verification code. This has been going on for 2 months, now they want me to go through a 3rd party and furnish a passport, drivers license, or government id to prove it's me. This is not ethical especially over 15.00. I hope there will be a class action law suit against them, such a rip off company,

I completed the match masters offer in May of this year and was getting daily updates on how many days left for my account to be credited with $25. Unfortunately, my account was deactivated by inbox dollar on the day i was supposed to receive credit and no reason or explanation was given as to why my account was deactivated. I put in a ticket and received an email to go through a verification process with a valid ID. I used my driver's license, and the verification went through successfully, but my account still remains deactivated to date. Every time i try to click on contact customer service button, it keeps saying "thank you, we have already received your ticket", but no one ever gets back to me except for the verification email. I also use Swagbucks and now having issues with mobile verification code since inbox dollar deactivated my account. Even Swagbucks made go through a verification screening. My phone number remains the same on both accounts.

I put in for a $50 git card. Saturday 15 Oct. 2022. Ticket number 10383893 I never got the card!! I have put in several requests for a $50 gift card. I have gotten no card and no response!!

I put in at the end of February for a CVS gift and I did not receive it yet in my email. The reward page says that I should have received it within three to for day after processing, How long does it take to process a gift card. It was for 50 dollars they took the money out of my account. No notice weather they processed it yet. What is happening?

I just did an 82 minute survey for $2.50. When I finally made it to the the last page, I submitted my answers. I ended up on the homepage, the message popped up stating I did not qualify for the survey. On my activity page, status for the survey reads "Disqualified". How can I be disqualified when I completed the survey from beginning to end? Will you please credit my account, I did what I was suppose to do.

Hello, I am new to you, and have questions, 1) I was to get $13.00 to fill in and get a quote (quote only!) from another car insurance company, and I did all i was supposed to do, and was being FORCED to sign up for Geico even though they were 3x what I am already paying to Allstate! I have not cashed in on the large amount that was given to me as I thought it was just a mistake in crediting my account .. I have been taking surveys, playing the games on your site, and reading emails, etc., for several months now. I have cashed in rewards, and receive that which was due me. HOWEVER, this past month I cashed out twice, both of them in the amount of $100. I claimed my first one, and did not have a problem with it, however when I cashed out the second, or at least attempted to get a second Amazon card, I was left hanging. I never even received my code in my email account, and gave you the benefit of the doubt that maybe COVID was affecting your business operation, allowing you several days to get it to me. Then, to top it off, when I checked my account, it was only to find that the balance was such, that it showed that my rewards was down by $200, which shows that both my rewards were deducted, instead of just the first. I want an explanation TODAY! I WANT MY AMAZON GIFT CARD reward as well! I will await a reply from you, and if I do not, I will be led to believe that this was not a mistake or human error, but an act knowingly made. Please, make this right! I have friends who have joined because I have recommended your website. My reputation is at stake, and so is yours. Thank you

On February 13th I fulfilled and aspiration Bank offer and I was supposed to be credited $50. I have sent many emails and heard nothing back. I usually don't have problems with InboxDollars but this time I am and I would like to be credited my $50 as per agreement

Short and sweet

I have cashed out $30 once about 4 years ago. I have since tried to complete surveys so I can get another check and it’s like you never qualify, oh but they ask you tons of questions before they tell you you don’t qualify. Seem to me whether you qualify or not you still take a survey and should be credited for being inconvinced even momentarily. Don’t let me get started on the spin to win, more like a spin to lose because you never win, you only waist your time. This company needs to change things they are doing, because the same people they turn away are the same people that will bring them business but they are too busy trying to shake people out of .25. I don’t think I ever qualified for a 3 min survey and surprisingly I never qualify for them even before a single question gets asked, so why do those surveys keep popping up in my que if your going to tell me I don’t qualify even before a question is asked. I’m going to be honest and say no. Do not waist your time. If you have started another session like me and have earned a little bit of cash I don’t blame you to see it through and keep going until you cash out because I am and you should, you earned whatever cash you have coming to you even though it may be small, but my advice is once you cash out do not continue, try to move on and search for a company who actually values your time, your opinions and your feedback. Ok maybe not so short and sweet. 😅

WASTE OF TIME/SCAM

Okay so first it was alright and I thought I was actually going to make it to $30 even though they give such horrible payout like 45 minutes for .25¢ but that’s beside the point. After I finally made it there, I decided I didn’t want the $3 fee that they charge when I try to cash out so I did the offer that they had which was to make it to $40 in the next 30 days. So finally after painstaking going through 25¢ survey by 25¢ survey I finally make it to $40. Now every time I try and go to another survey or click the cash out button, a screen pops up and says I need mobile phone verification. I was a little confused since I had never seen this page in my many months of using this scamming website, but I entered in my phone number and they said it was invalid. I was so angry. However, what made it worse was that underneath the box to enter in your phone number, it says ‘Need help with this process?’ and I click it. The site then proceeds to tell me that my phone number didn’t work because it’s NOT MINE..? because ITS NOT A US NUMBER?? because IM NOT PUTTING IN A MOBILE NUMBER...? because MY NUMBER ISNT FROM A PROVIDER??? All of this is major bs because my number is my own, from the US, issued by TMobile, and it’s my iphone number.... Clearly InboxDollars is running out of money or something because I’m not getting paid for the hours I spent on this scamming app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

Waste of time

Initially, payouts look ok. I got up to $15 ish fairly quick. Then, the actual opportunities of any value drop off. I’m sure the $30 min payout was put in place to be a frustration for most users so IBD can keep the funds once the user abandons the company. Pure scam. Sure, you can make money on the surveys... that is if you like working for less than a dollar an hour. And, that is if the survey doesn’t reject you mid way through after they get the info they need. And the “Billy’s Sit and Spin” chances are supposed to be a consolation for wasting 15 minutes of time on a survey that then disqualified me for for demographics they should have been able to pull from my profile before I started the survey? Then there are the pure bogus surveys like “The Big Buck” survey that’s designed to get as much personal information they can about you so they can spam you blind.... or the “Free 25 gift card” type surveys... 25 what is the question? Pure scam is the answer. How companies like this manage to stay afloat is beyond me. And I should add, there are offers that may be legit where you get a couple bucks back for signing up for a service or buying something... although the cash back here is horrendous in comparison to other places. Quit telling people they are “earning cash” on a rebate! If I spend $10 and get $1 back, I didn’t earn $1.... I spent $9. SMH.
