11 months agoI have rented my bike out multiple times and I have never been paid for these rentals. I have paypal in the system now but I had a debit card before and I still did not get paid. This issue needs to be resolved.

Missed a rental opportunity because it would not allow me to update my profile
Tried to set up my app so that I could rent a bike in London… Tried multiple times to upload a photo, which apparently is a requirement to verify. The app kept disallowing my upload, so I missed a rental opportunity. Update: after contacting the company, they asked me to send them a photo so that they could update my profile from their end. That was 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been fixed and they are completely unresponsive to my continued attempts to contact them. Do they want my business or what? 🤔
