How to fix LLO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LLO app on iPhone
Update LLO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LLO iPhone app

Fix LLO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LLO network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix LLO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LLO app issues:

Force Stop the LLO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LLO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LLO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LLO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LLO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LLO.

Fix LLO unable to contact server/ LLO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LLO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LLO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LLO on android.
