Come Follow Me doesn't open on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. What can i do?

Hi, so each night when we watch come follow me, the video continues to buffer near the end of the video, maybe about the 20 second mark. Thanks for all your hard work. We love the app and use it every day.

How to fix We Believe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the We Believe app on iPhone
Update We Believe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall We Believe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix We Believe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve We Believe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

We Believe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix We Believe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the We Believe App
1. On android, goto Settings » We Believe » click [Force Stop]

Update We Believe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear We Believe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » We Believe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart We Believe.

Fix We Believe unable to contact server/ We Believe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click We Believe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto We Believe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch We Believe
