I've got the Red Onion app on my iPhone SE and iPad Air 5. Once I upgraded iPhoneOS and iPadOS to 16.1.1, the app will no longer complete start up. I've tried deleting/re-installing the app, and hard resets to no avail. Please advise.

How to fix Red Onion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Red Onion app on iPhone
Update Red Onion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Red Onion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Red Onion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Red Onion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Red Onion Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Red Onion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Red Onion App
1. On android, goto Settings » Red Onion » click [Force Stop]

Update Red Onion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Red Onion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Red Onion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Red Onion.

Fix Red Onion unable to contact server/ Red Onion internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Red Onion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Red Onion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Red Onion
