How to fix TerraGenesis app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TerraGenesis app on iPhone
Update TerraGenesis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TerraGenesis iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TerraGenesis on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TerraGenesis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TerraGenesis Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TerraGenesis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TerraGenesis App
1. On android, goto Settings » TerraGenesis » click [Force Stop]

Update TerraGenesis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TerraGenesis App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TerraGenesis » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TerraGenesis.

Fix TerraGenesis unable to contact server/ TerraGenesis internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TerraGenesis » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TerraGenesis » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
