Said I’d receive a gift and 15% off for downloading AHASELECTED and clicking get now but it doesn’t show up when I order anything. The service rep Cheryl was no help at all. She even accused me of using the discount promo already. Bad app

I tried to return 2 items that were no where near what they advertised then to be and for no reason at all I was unable to submit a return on AHASELECTED . Then trying to call customer support was a worst experience. I would encourage everyone to stay away. 0 stars if that was an option.

I got pants here that did not fit well. I asked to make a return and they offered me a credit worth $10 less than the pants cost. I said no. They then abruptly ended the chat and told me they’d be in touch…. I’m still waiting.

None of my information is updated on AHASELECTED so I have to contact support for tracking . I can’t even see tracking date . Starting to believe I might not get my things at all let alone on time even though I payed for express shipping . Guess I’ll see when it gets here

App is hyped up on TikTok with lots of great hero shots and great looking models generated via Ai.

Products do not fit or look near what AHASELECTED shows and returns are impossible. You have to write an email, take numerous shots of yourself and the product, argue a case, debate, pay your own INTERNATIONAL shipping and essentially loose half the value you paid for in the 1st place.

Products come direct from china, customer service take weeks to respond back… not worth the trouble. Save youry a buck and disappointment.

The clothes from this brand are pretty awesome - great quality and style. But I gotta drop 2 stars because AHASELECTED, man, it's got some issues. I snagged AHASELECTED at the start of the year and copped some gear like 5 times. First time, it said newbies get free stuff, but I forgot to claim it, and AHASELECTED didn't even remind me. Next time, I tried to grab it, but it hit me with 'new users only.' I had to hit up customer service, and they hooked me up. Thing is, I'm not new to AHASELECTED, but every time I fire it up, it's like, 'Hey, new user stuff!' I gotta manually close it every time, such a hassle. Now, about customer service – sometimes they can't hit me back through AHASELECTED . So, I can't even see my past questions. A bit of a hassle, man. Don't get me wrong, the pants and threads I got are cool. I've even put the word out to my workout buddies. The prices are decent, and the value is solid once it's in hand. But, yeah, they really gotta fix these app quirks, otherwise, it's gonna mess with my groove. Sort it out, guys!"

I’ve purchased pants from AHASELECTED. Shipping takes a long time which isn’t a big deal. Pants have different sized pockets from side to side, stitching looks and feels weak, and the pocket at the back advertised specifically for phones doesn’t even come close to accommodating the length or width of an average phone(typing this on a iPhone 12 Pro Max). The pocket depth is about 1 1/2 inches deep which I’ve used to store a very small very thin minimalist wallet with little room to spare. Clothing also runs small, but there is a size chart in AHASELECTED to help.

Overall not a bad product, but the false phone pocket and low quality for the price would steer me clear of ever making another purchase with this company.

Quality is good..Selection and styles are even better.Shipping could be faster but not bad for the price. Have made several purchases and they always get new arrivals. Overall i highly recommend

I’ve ordered joggers, shorts, and a hoodie from AHA and have been pleased with all the products. The first pair of sweats I ordered wore out after two years of heavy use at the gym and casual wear and dried one accidentally in an industrial dryer. I’ve ordered more in a different style (Sunday performance) and they’re comfy and durable for the price. Compared to Nike, Lulu, or Fabletics, these sweats and shorts are very comparable for a fraction of the cost. The shipping sometimes takes a little longer than desired, but it’s worth it to be able to purchase multiple pairs for the price of what it would cost you for one with the other precious mentioned brands.

On the receipt of my initial order of three Elite T-shirts l found them to be much better than advertise. The fit guide is very accurate and the cut and the look of the shirt is even better than l imagined.
Of course, as they say, it's very soft cotton material and l love how the crewneck holds up.
