I have an iphone 11 Pro operating system. It has connected to my Starky livio AI hearing aids it says Starkey livio AI in blue (no name). When I try to connect to Thrive all I get is a turnibg circle. I have reloaded everything, turned the phone off and on, bluetooth off and on….nothing changes

How to fix Thrive Connect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Thrive Connect app on iPhone
Update Thrive Connect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Thrive Connect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Thrive Connect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Thrive Connect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Thrive Connect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Thrive Connect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Thrive Connect App
1. On android, goto Settings » Thrive Connect » click [Force Stop]

Update Thrive Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Thrive Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Thrive Connect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Thrive Connect.

Fix Thrive Connect unable to contact server/ Thrive Connect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Thrive Connect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Thrive Connect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Thrive Connect
