Night Owl Protect app on iPhone 11 - no live video, screen is black. Also, when trying to view recording I get an error code - errorCode=(-2). This has been going on for a week now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, shut down and restarted my phone, checked all related settings both on the phone and on the app to no avail. Any solutions to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.
Night owl app has not worked for months now on my phone. Very disappointing. No help from tech support. A shame to spend all that money and effort setting up this system for it to fail for unknown reasons. I now am being forced to spend more money on a different system that will hopefully put N.O. to shame.
I have NUMEROUS problems with your "Connect" product on the Android Version 13. Still waiting for it to work. Web site is useless, live assistance is not much better. I expected a fully functioning product with real customer support. I have until December 15 to return product for full refund. I kept all packaging. We shall see . . .
Cameras won't come up on my android been a week now please fix this ASAP so I can ensure my property is being watched. Thanks
N.O. released an update today that fixes the problem caused by the Android V13 update.
App not working for a week now. Wont let you log in.followed all steps on dvd and even reinstalled app and same.. PLEASE get this fixed asap!
Having the same issue. App stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled it. Now won't let me log in. Just stays on the log in screen. Hope they fix it soon.
Night Owl Connect google app stopped working with the introduction of Android version 13. The app still works on iPhone and Windows PC.

My Night Owl android app will not connect for over a week
Night Owl app has been useless for almost a week now.. Have Uninstalled the app countless times and still nothing. It keeps saying not connected to internet via cell phone/app but the DVR is working just fine and shows footage, so apparently it's just the app itself. This is unacceptable especially for such a longer period of time. Something has to be done to correct this issue and to prevent it from happening again. Very unsatisfied with Night owl app.
Starting on 10/6/23, night owl connect app states no internet connection. Log out and now when logging in app does nothing, just stays at login screen. Have all tried all the troubleshooting tips. Very disappointing need the mobile app. Please correct.

It says my night owl connect has bug. What can i do..i already uninstalled and installed back and still not working
night owl connect app is not working at all. in the past when this happened i would logout of the app and then log back in and everything would work as it was before(which as other app users already know was not great, playback in the app was always useless but live view always worked). this time i cant even log out. the app gives me a "logout failure". I noticed 2 weeks ago someone also posted that the app isnt working...they still have not fixed it. this is not cool. I need remote view.
I noticed on 5/27/2023 that the App was not working on my phone. Later, I tried the web app on my laptop and similarly could not access Nightowl. I unplugged and replugged in the NVR/DVR. I eventually tried Nightowl troubleshooting. The chat bot was worthless, but when I called for Troubleshooting, the human admitted that there is a problem with App. Other than that, she was useless reading the scripts and directing me to the website.
For the last few days I cannot see my cameras on the app. It says offline but the doorbell is working as usual. The cams are wired to the dvr and are recording when viewed on the television.
My DVR is connected to the internet but not to our app even though it is setup on the app

Unable to view playback. This is a LONG ongoing issue and each time it lasts for 2 weeks before recordings are able to be viewed. This issue causes a lot of distress. Please fix the app!
