I have an iphone 12 and when I try to access time management it just returns to the same page I was on. No time information comes up at all.

1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Paychex Oasis Employee Connect App
1. On android, goto Settings » Paychex Oasis Employee Connect » click [Force Stop]

Clear Paychex Oasis Employee Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Paychex Oasis Employee Connect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Paychex Oasis Employee Connect.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Paychex Oasis Employee Connect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Paychex Oasis Employee Connect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
