I'm trying to sign up but for some reason campfire always restarts the personalizing account. So i'm just stuck in this endless loop of answering the same questions and not being able to get out from the personalizing profile pic and bio. What should I do?

I keep trying to use the app on my new phone. when using a dialoge box to type, using either the inbuilt keyboard or bluetooth keyboards I can get a few words at most, then suddenly it deletes some text and makes it so I have to click the dialogue box again to keep typing. It does this so frequently it disrupts the writing process and makes it not worth using the app itself. I do not have this issue with other apps, even writing apps. I notice it has a spiraling circle in the upper corner when I type. I think it is having issues with that
