- No settings that can me modified at all

- Closes and freezes whenever it wants

During the trial version, it was great! Easy to use. Once I went premium, the whole thing went south! Now, when I open ginger, it freezes up the program; Microsoft Word. The only way I can get past that is to close word and start over.
