My ginger writer is not working and showing boxed "?" when I'm typing text. Can you help?
the copy prompt is missing on my app and therefore can't copy what I wrote to insert in my Word doc
During the trial version, it was great! Easy to use. Once I went premium, the whole thing went south! Now, when I open ginger, it freezes up the program; Microsoft Word. The only way I can get past that is to close word and start over.
