I have been using MiniNote for some time and today when I restarted my Macbook Pro it said that it was damaged and had to ebe deleted and redownloaded. I had a lot of info on my MiniNotes that I do not want to lose - any suggestions

How to fix MiniNote app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MiniNote app on iPhone
Update MiniNote app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MiniNote iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MiniNote on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MiniNote network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MiniNote Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MiniNote not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MiniNote App
1. On android, goto Settings » MiniNote » click [Force Stop]

Update MiniNote to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MiniNote App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MiniNote » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MiniNote.

Fix MiniNote unable to contact server/ MiniNote internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MiniNote » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MiniNote » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MiniNote
