I have been using MiniNote for some time and today when I restarted my Macbook Pro it said that it was damaged and had to ebe deleted and redownloaded. I had a lot of info on my MiniNotes that I do not want to lose - any suggestions

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MiniNote app issues:

Force Stop the MiniNote App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MiniNote app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MiniNote to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MiniNote App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MiniNote app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MiniNote.

Fix MiniNote unable to contact server/ MiniNote internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MiniNote » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MiniNote » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
