Took away all my money and holding items and not sending. They are covering up with some empty questions no one even cares about and refused to send 2 packages already. Of all agents I've tried they have been the worst experience and actually scammed me. They also package half of package just their plastic envelopes and bubble wrap even for clothing just so they can make the shipping price higher. So essentially you are paying higher shipping prices than regular shipping in your country because you are paying for their scam packaging. Stay away far from them

Terrible costumer service no one could help. i put a order in but never got a shipping update or tracking number. So I contacted costumer service. First I was told I would get a refund for $120+ I paid an never did. I contacted them again an then was told there’s nothing they could do. Mind you they had ask if I even payed. Ridiculous, so I came with receipts an they still did nothing for me. Terrible app.

So before you buy you have to pay for international shipping fee on top of the stuff you bought before to be shipped too the warehouse and I don’t really like that some might not care but I don’t like paying extra for that and it’s expensive if you order a lot like rep shoes and clothes or just stuff that weights a lot but other than that PandaBuy is ok only gonna order one time tho

although this is good if you want cheaper alternatives for expansive things, they don’t tell you how much the shipping is. Yea they have the more expensive things at a lower price but the shipping makes it 10x worse. I bought 2 things, those were around $50, when i went to pay for shipping it was $90. To me that is ridiculous, i already don’t have much money, which is why i bought from here. When i asked for my money back they didn’t give it back. So i paid $50 for absolutely nothing.

I found the items I wanted on the website but it took me a while to learn and you had to get links from a 3rd party to find certain things. Hard to navigate and took around 2 weeks to ship to the U.S. The day after purchasing using my card there was a 143 dollar purchase in a random place in china. Overall and OK website that i don’t recommend using and definitley use a secure card.

I put in my moms bank card info because I put in the wrong address so they said i had to purchase a re-delivery fee so i did and then a wek later my mom say there has been purchases she didn’t authorize on he account so she had to close it and get a new one because of panda buy and there weird websites that was my moms last 200$ that’s messed up for real

PandaBuy is amazing for getting any nice clothes you want for less than a penny. I find some problems though. First it’s very hard to contact your agent and seeing when your package will arrive, I’m typing this while my package has been getting delivered for about a month. And also yes the shipping is terrible it cost wayyy too much and it takes wayyyy too long. Other than that this is a very useful shopping app

Items r ship but shipping is insane from $40 to $90 for shipping also every time I pay the amount of shipping that it shows I’m sick and tired of getting an email that it’s under paid. They need to stop charging those prices if they’re not on the dot, I’m sick and tired of having to pay extra because of the underpaid

After using PandaBuy in beta, I can say it has been improved many times. My major complaint is the incredibly slow loading times for images. This also applies to the website. I’m not sure if they have a terrible CDN, but it needs to be improved. Shipping is a little pricey for what it is, but the price is dropping. PandaBuy is easy to use but wording can be improved. I would definitely give PandaBuy a 5 star rating if image loading times wasn’t so bad.

When I downloaded it I thought the items were super cheap and totally worth it and all because the replica clothing and more were 10-40$ and I was basically saving hundreds of dollars instead of buying the real deal. Buttttt then there was shipping… the shipping was 100+ for 5kg of items depending on the shipping line. In total that I spent on 1 haul was around 200$ ish with the shipping too and got some decent clothes for a very good price, I got around 8-10 clothes for 200$ and to clarify, the shirts were a VERY VERY good quality depending on which seller you buy from and got the shirts for 5-10 each. Overall it’s worth it, me personally I would get around 4-6 kg of stuff if you don’t wanna spend more than 300$

Everyone saying PandaBuy is fake and they’re getting scammed are smooth brains. I been doing this rep thing for over a year on here. Only critique is please limit the updates to once a week instead of every other day.

The website is definitely better on desktop, but if you just need to check on your package mobile app will do, but I like PandaBuy too because you can see popular items unlike the website

PandaBuy used to work perfectly, but ever since the update released ive been getting an error everytime ive copied and pasted a link, the error is, “cannot capture product info” hopefully they fix this soon. everything else works just fine

It doesn’t let me use my credit card when ordering something. Whenever I put in the credit card info it just declines it. How do I fix this?

On April 10, 2024, there was a raid on the Agent this app. this app was used to buy tons of counterfeit items from all types of brands, it was the most popular app to buy reps from. It was extremely convenient in my eyes & many would complain about the shipping prices but overtime for me it became normalized & it wasn’t so bad after all. Panda Buy was the perfect place to buy all your favorite brands for cheaper + the shipping that was a minimum of $20 no matter what the item is. After all my hauls I think it was all worth it and I had a good run with it, they say it will come back but I believe it won’t and even if it does it’s impossible for it to go back to how it normally was since there was like 15 brands trying to sue this app because of the reps they sell. So you won’t be able to buy from them anymore and one of them was Nike and that was a big seller, so it’s over for Nike reps & plenty of other brands. RIP thank you this app, don’t expect anything for it to come back or don’t have your hopes too high up, as of April 2024 don’t expect to be able to ship parcels or buy items, until atleast Late May 2024, if not operational by June then it might be done forever & let’s hope it’s not an exit scam

While the shipping is expensive it’s 100% worth it if you’re getting replicas of designer or expensive clothing because in the end it will cost a lot less than the actual product. I got a shirt and a hoodie for around $70. The actual price of the hoodie is like $400 and the shirt is $80. And they weren’t cheap material either. The hoodie and the shirt are very heavy. Now this depends on the seller you buy from which this app can’t do anything about. If you get a cheap shirt it isn’t PandaBuys fault it’s the seller you bought it from. Remember, this app doesn’t make any products. They just ship products from China sold on websites like Taobao for those websites don’t ship to anywhere else except China. Also, how fast you revive your product or if you even get your product at all is once again not in PandaBuys control. They are only responsible for what happens to your product in the warehouse. If it isn’t in the warehouse, it isn’t there problem. They give customers a ton of shipping lines to choose from. Make sure to use the shipping line that works best for where you live. I used PD Line B and my clothes arrived to my parcel mailbox fast. I plan to buy from here again.

Been using this app for over a year now. By far the best agent out there. PandaBuy overall is really good. There are some small minor things that can sometimes bother me, but not much. Customer service is great. Shipping is responsible. The 2 things that could be better is (1 making it easier to get refunds (2 don’t require vip points or whatever to get qc of an item that has been purchased before. this makes it really hard to know sizing and quality of and item. other that that PandaBuy has no disappointments!

I don’t really know what people are saying when they give 1 star. There is chance customs can take your package but at least as an American, I’ve never had an issue. The agents are also nice and speedy and the only issue I have is that they had a section on the home page that showed what other people were viewing and this was great because it helped me discover at least 15 things I bought using this app. Please bring that back!

this app is actully so awesome. You can get high quality reps of almost anything to save you so much money instead of buying the real thing. You need to learn how to use PandaBuy first but once you learn how to use it it’s awesome. I have to admit that the shipping is really expensive but that’s how they make there money. The this app agents are also so nice and they always give you good QC photos and deal with returns. I highly recommend anyone to buy stuff off PandaBuy.

It’s a great app especially if you’re on a budget and want nice things for cheap. Shipping is a little pricey, wish it’s was cheaper. There are bugs here and there but overall isn’t a dealbreaker. Customer service is fast and efficient. I like that you can contact agents directly and they are nice. I just wish shipping could be cheaper.

Gotta look out for reviews of seller at first PandaBuy will be hard to navigate I suggest using photo search and watching you tutorials on how to get around. Shipping will hurt you more then the order itself typically but overall can’t beat the quality for price they have literally everything constantly updating shops keeps it fresh

aight if you’re intending on buying stuff i’d give you the green light, concerns i had was that the shipping updates were buggy, but that’s because it was shipping internationally. but clothes are high quality, of course it isn’t going to look pin point accurate, but for what you’re paying for it’s a great deal. shipping is fairly quick too, got all of my products within 1 and a half to 2 weeks. very pleased with my order, so don’t be afraid to buy with this app

Probably have around 5 hauls shipped so far, only ever ran into shipping trouble once and that was my fault. If you know your way around, know where to buy from, and you aren’t a TikTok kid that’s got the IQ of a 7 year old, you’ll be fine. Probably the most user-friendly Chinese shipping agent for shipping goods overseas.

Everything has improved the ui is easy to navigate and QC photos load so much faster and the section to look for specific items for example being jackets or socks it basically has everything 10/10 would recommend this all to everyone and anyone

Amazing service and as you can tell by multiple other reviews, this will save you so much money. 5 stars simply for that, however, rating it strictly as an application I’d give it a 4 or 4.5, they managed to replicate the website and it’s great just not perfect. Lags occasionally and the website is easier to use, not by a high margin though.

Shipping might be a little costly but it is well worth it because you could buy 3 pairs of shoes (including shipping) for less than one pair of Jordan’s from stock x. Absolutely amazing website/app. I wish I had found it sooner because it truly is amazing and I recommend 👏👍

this app is one of the best apps for buys from china. PandaBuy is really easy to navigate it has some bugs here and there. What I recommend the developers to do is a save for later this would really be a great feature to have so your shopping cart does not get full of items

PandaBuy itself has terrible interface and features and your much better off using the web version because it’s much easier but I like this app as a app so I’ll give it 5 👍
