4 months agoMy son ordered a few things from this stupid app mind you hes only 17.He placed his order paid almost 200$ and then he gets an email saying he has to pay almost 100$ for shipping.I told him not to send anymore money so he canceled the order asked for a refund and still nothing‼️ Its been almost a month now! There’s no number to contact them! SHAME ON THEM for jacking ppl like they do! Y’all need to be shut down for stealing from ppl especially if they are young‼️

So before you buy you have to pay for international shipping fee on top of the stuff you bought before to be shipped too the warehouse and I don’t really like that some might not care but I don’t like paying extra for that and it’s expensive if you order a lot like rep shoes and clothes or just stuff that weights a lot but other than that the app is ok only gonna order one time tho

Terrible costumer service no one could help. i put a order in but never got a shipping update or tracking number. So I contacted costumer service. First I was told I would get a refund for $120+ I paid an never did. I contacted them again an then was told there’s nothing they could do. Mind you they had ask if I even payed. Ridiculous, so I came with receipts an they still did nothing for me. Terrible app.
