this app was well in need of their own app and they did it just right. I didn’t experience any glitches or issues. Was a smooth process and transition between tabs and checkout was a breeze. Great job this app it was well worth the wait!

I’ve been waiting for a this app app for awhile now. Just downloaded and bought some sneakers already… it was so easy to browse, add to my cart and purchase!!! This is going to hurt my wallet with how easy it is to order. My sneaker obsession just got a little help!

I’ve been waiting for this to become a reality. Much easier to access my likes and shop directly from PUMA versus using a browser. Plus…who doesn’t love using AfterPay!!!

I really enjoy the smooth transition between photos as well as the option to view the product in various colors. This is the best shopping app I’ve used to date.

I’ve been waiting for PUMA forever. Site navigation may take a little bit to get used to as it is different from the main site, BUT it’s still fairly easy. PUMA is SMOOTH!!

My order on PUMA came faster than my order on the site. PUMA is also easy to use and very user friendly. I love the virtual try-on, helpful to see what the shoes will look like in person.

Super fun and easy use. I love the 3D and AR function so I can see all sides and angles from the product as well as how it matches with my fits. Also the count down is really cool.

App is much faster than the website. Everything is easy to find. I love the running this app. Very cool. Only drawback is I couldn’t find how to try the shoes on virtually.

PUMA is sleek, fast, looks great👍🏽! There is a super annoying problem, it will go BLANK while you’re searching.
Example: I was looking at a certain Clothing feature, mixed with shoes👟, clothes👕, accessories. After putting a couple thing in my cart🛒 and saving a couple for later, the screen goes completely blank, like Blizzard🌨️ white screen🤬 Then I have to reload the recommended items, filters, blah blah, and start over. Starting over in a search is the worst way to shop online, and the fastest way to lose revenue. Being able to pickup where a shopper leaves off is crucial to online shoppers!! That’s some free advice this app! I’m a Data/Process Engineer👨🏽‍💻I understand the issue/s, I’m available to consult if this app needs!! This completely negates all the great things I said at the beginning. There are a couple smaller issues, but fix the first one, as that correction will bring up a few more. ✌🏽

Good morning. I was vacationing in Massachusetts and looked over to my right and saw your company. Did a little research and downloaded PUMA . I’m not sure who really gets the credit when I bought my soft gliders from Fingerhut but it was still a great price. I love the style and colors. I’ve never bought a work out dress but I am curious to see how it will fit. Thanks again for keeping me fresh.

I love this app. What they make, what they stand for and the quality of the the product, especially for training and Motorsport. PUMA was undoubtedly built with the right amount of details to give knowledge, options and great fast experience. Was looking forward for this for a while now and I’m not disappointed at all. Great job guys!

I literally prayed for PUMA and I’m exctatic that it finally came. Don’t know if you guys have noticed, but I leave and breathe this app. My friends think I have an endorsement deal with you cos it’s all I seem to wear. Products are innovative, good quality and design concept is second to none. Please let me know if you are hiring or need a model lol

Your site used to not work. Filters will not work clicking the shoes or items will not do anything. Today I shopped and it’s a lot lot. Better. No bugs! The only thing I would say is I bought socks for my kids, and the size guide doesn’t help me choose the right size.

I found more information on products in PUMA and it is also easier to navigate versus using a browser.
It works like it should and is easy to navigate.
The checkout experience is also very smooth.

I love me some shoes, sneakers, etc whatever we all call them these days. I LOVE THEM!! an the clothes to go with.. i wanted to be one of your shoe , or clotheing models but i never get pick. lol ok its all good. as long as you keep making the great shoes an clothes.. i’ll keep buying an its a ein win for us all. thank you very much an i live PUMA too.

PUMA has some serious wow factor. I was impressed with how easy it is to navigate and purchase products! Not to mention the transitions are smooth & seamless. If you aren’t purchasing your products from PUMA you need to!

Workout apparel apps are my favorite. When I see someone in the gym with apparel I like. I can easily look it up and get my order in. The platform is easy to use and I can find everything I’m looking for. Keep up the great work.

I love this app sneakers! They are so comfortable, and try to size. I have to admit, what was the motivator for me to try the this app brand was Lauren London. I saw her beautifully blessed self modeling the shoes, and had to try them. So glad I did! I love the styles.

First and foremost let me start off by saying I appreciate y’all for taking the time to start an app. PUMA makes it easier for me to look for what I want without going to store to store looking.

Only wish is that when searching by gender, it would search all not just a specific category- maybe I just haven’t fooled around with it enough yet? 😅

Most ppl these days only surf the web on a phone with most places being app based it really makes the frustration of shopping through the safari browser go away . Nice app easy to navigate and simple to place a order … looking forward to my pumas in the mail.

The this app website was easy to get around in, with the hundreds and hundreds of shoes I was really in awe and excited of the shoes I came across. I ended up buying five pairs of shoes and put it on one of the premium plants I think this rose the best shopping website I’ve been to in the 30 years. I’ve been shopping online, so thanks this app!

Using the link on the website kept giving me “oops” error and losing all items in the cart. This happened at least 3x where I almost didn’t try again and was thinking about forgetting about making the purchase.

My friend told me to use PUMA , it saves all items in the cart FOR DAYS. I gave it another try, downloaded the all and WAH LA, it was a super easy smooth process. Im so happy I did not give up and instead purchased items :)

Easy to navigate and super easy to check out…I was able to sort what I didn’t want to see and this made shopping experience a lot easier.

Pumas are my fave! The black and neon orange riaze prowl are the best fitting work/workout shoes, I’m on my 4th pair. I wear them until I need a new pair I love them so much! I tried out every name brand shoe in the store until I found the perfect one for me- and I always get compliments!

Shopping on the this app website has been amazing. Lots of cool options, frequent opportunities to get additional savings, and crystal clear communication on your order while in transit. This is how virtual shopping
should be!

Fast big selection top quality pictures are beautiful it shows everything with the shoes. I am extremely happy with my this app shoes. I look forward to wearing them for men of yours.

I would rather walk barefooted thru 100 miles of glass than wear a this app product I’m livid wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to buy a single product from their drop and couldn’t just because their app crashes 100 times try to pay doesn’t work 100 times try add an item to your cart doesn’t work the fact that they make this garbage app exclusive just for PUMA not to work, waited 1 month for this garbage just to not be able to buy a single item even though I have them in my cart after 100 different attempts cause their app is the worst design and can’t load anything for more than 2 seconds and the checkout doesn’t work with multiple bugs no matter what honestly I will never buy a product from this company again One Piece should have done a colllab with literally any other shoe company

Pumas latest release of their One Piece exclusive was a disaster. I had my Luffy shoes in the cart at checkout and was paying. Once it was finalizing the site crashed. I tried to get back into my cart but PUMA continuously crashed, sometimes not even letting me enter. Once I finally had them back in my cart after a ridiculous amount of frustrating tries they sold out. I’m furious with this app and will probably not order from them again. It’s like a clerk taking someone’s product out of their shopping cart and handing it to someone else. Couldn’t even speak to a live agent because of their hours. I’m disgusted with how PUMA handled this launch and the loss of one of my favorite shows exclusive sneakers to resellers. this app needs to never make an app only exclusive again. 👎🏼.

I used PUMA for the first time since a shoe release was going to be exclusive to PUMA itself. I was extremely interested in the shoe so I decided to download and wait for its release only to get hit with errors the entire time. I endure this for a solid 20 minutes until I find out the item I wanted to buy is now no longer in stock. Go online to see its already being SCALPED. PUMA is absolute garbage and forcing people to use it only makes it easier for scalpers to buy all the stock. Awful experience, extremely infuriating. Will genuinely never buy this app again.

Good luck on getting any type of collab shoe they drop. PUMA will give you an error message constantly and when you finally get it to load you’ll only receive more error messages when trying to add shoes to the cart. I like this app shoes but they’ve certainly lost my respect after I’ve waited months for a certain shoe to drop only to be met with error messages, and then the shoe selling out before it can be fixed. I guess I’ll just stick to other brands for shoes until they get it fixed or make it right.

My only complaint is how PUMA isn't like SNKRS or adidas confirmed that takes you immediately to checkout once you acquired a pair. Instead it keeps on the same page wondering if you got the shoes in your cart just to find out you have 12 of them and PUMA is not responding quick enough to remove all the shoes. Just to turn out but the time you get PUMA to work kinda, the shoe you wanted is sold out. FUN.
