Good luck on getting any type of collab shoe they drop. PUMAClothesSneakersApp will give you an error message constantly and when you finally get it to load you’ll only receive more error messages when trying to add shoes to the cart. I like puma shoes but they’ve certainly lost my respect after I’ve waited months for a certain shoe to drop only to be met with error messages, and then the shoe selling out before it can be fixed. I guess I’ll just stick to other brands for shoes until they get it fixed or make it right.

I used PUMAClothesSneakersApp for the first time since a shoe release was going to be exclusive to PUMAClothesSneakersApp itself. I was extremely interested in the shoe so I decided to download and wait for its release only to get hit with errors the entire time. I endure this for a solid 20 minutes until I find out the item I wanted to buy is now no longer in stock. Go online to see its already being SCALPED. PUMAClothesSneakersApp is absolute garbage and forcing people to use it only makes it easier for scalpers to buy all the stock. Awful experience, extremely infuriating. Will genuinely never buy puma again.

Pumas latest release of their One Piece exclusive was a disaster. I had my Luffy shoes in the cart at checkout and was paying. Once it was finalizing the site crashed. I tried to get back into my cart but PUMAClothesSneakersApp continuously crashed, sometimes not even letting me enter. Once I finally had them back in my cart after a ridiculous amount of frustrating tries they sold out. I’m furious with Puma and will probably not order from them again. It’s like a clerk taking someone’s product out of their shopping cart and handing it to someone else. Couldn’t even speak to a live agent because of their hours. I’m disgusted with how PUMAClothesSneakersApp handled this launch and the loss of one of my favorite shows exclusive sneakers to resellers. Puma needs to never make an app only exclusive again. 👎🏼.

I would rather walk barefooted thru 100 miles of glass than wear a puma product I’m livid wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to buy a single product from their drop and couldn’t just because their app crashes 100 times try to pay doesn’t work 100 times try add an item to your cart doesn’t work the fact that they make this garbage app exclusive just for PUMAClothesSneakersApp not to work, waited 1 month for this garbage just to not be able to buy a single item even though I have them in my cart after 100 different attempts cause their app is the worst design and can’t load anything for more than 2 seconds and the checkout doesn’t work with multiple bugs no matter what honestly I will never buy a product from this company again One Piece should have done a colllab with literally any other shoe company

My only complaint is how PUMAClothesSneakersApp isn't like SNKRS or adidas confirmed that takes you immediately to checkout once you acquired a pair. Instead it keeps on the same page wondering if you got the shoes in your cart just to find out you have 12 of them and PUMAClothesSneakersApp is not responding quick enough to remove all the shoes. Just to turn out but the time you get PUMAClothesSneakersApp to work kinda, the shoe you wanted is sold out. FUN.

I like how Pumas is starting to focus on sustainability. Some of the shoes and cloths are using organic and recycled materials. A little to many collars on the shoes for my taste. I like the less flashy designs with subtle accents.

If PUMAClothesSneakersApp had a way to search with sustainable material, organic materials, and vegan recycled leather would definitely give it 5 stars. The flash sales are great money saver. Does Luka have a program to recycle old shoes? I heard they put the fibers in asphalt roads.

Love that you have an app so I can save my favorites and come back to them. Plus so much more….
Only wish is that when searching by gender, it would search all not just a specific category- maybe I just haven’t fooled around with it enough yet? 😅

PUMAClothesSneakersApp is sleek, fast, looks great👍🏽! There is a super annoying problem, it will go BLANK while you’re searching.
Example: I was looking at a certain Clothing feature, mixed with shoes👟, clothes👕, accessories. After putting a couple thing in my cart🛒 and saving a couple for later, the screen goes completely blank, like Blizzard🌨️ white screen🤬 Then I have to reload the recommended items, filters, blah blah, and start over. Starting over in a search is the worst way to shop online, and the fastest way to lose revenue. Being able to pickup where a shopper leaves off is crucial to online shoppers!! That’s some free advice PUMA! I’m a Data/Process Engineer👨🏽‍💻I understand the issue/s, I’m available to consult if PUMA needs!! This completely negates all the great things I said at the beginning. There are a couple smaller issues, but fix the first one, as that correction will bring up a few more. ✌🏽

App is much faster than the website. Everything is easy to find. I love the running puma. Very cool. Only drawback is I couldn’t find how to try the shoes on virtually.

Puma was well in need of their own app and they did it just right. I didn’t experience any glitches or issues. Was a smooth process and transition between tabs and checkout was a breeze. Great job Puma it was well worth the wait!

Most ppl these days only surf the web on a phone with most places being app based it really makes the frustration of shopping through the safari browser go away . Nice app easy to navigate and simple to place a order … looking forward to my pumas in the mail.

Workout apparel apps are my favorite. When I see someone in the gym with apparel I like. I can easily look it up and get my order in. The platform is easy to use and I can find everything I’m looking for. Keep up the great work.

I love puma sneakers! They are so comfortable, and try to size. I have to admit, what was the motivator for me to try the puma brand was Lauren London. I saw her beautifully blessed self modeling the shoes, and had to try them. So glad I did! I love the styles.

Pumas are my fave! The black and neon orange riaze prowl are the best fitting work/workout shoes, I’m on my 4th pair. I wear them until I need a new pair I love them so much! I tried out every name brand shoe in the store until I found the perfect one for me- and I always get compliments!

The Puma website was easy to get around in, with the hundreds and hundreds of shoes I was really in awe and excited of the shoes I came across. I ended up buying five pairs of shoes and put it on one of the premium plants I think this rose the best shopping website I’ve been to in the 30 years. I’ve been shopping online, so thanks PUMA!

Using the link on the website kept giving me “oops” error and losing all items in the cart. This happened at least 3x where I almost didn’t try again and was thinking about forgetting about making the purchase.

My friend told me to use PUMAClothesSneakersApp , it saves all items in the cart FOR DAYS. I gave it another try, downloaded the all and WAH LA, it was a super easy smooth process. Im so happy I did not give up and instead purchased items :)

Easy to navigate and super easy to check out…I was able to sort what I didn’t want to see and this made shopping experience a lot easier.

It works like it should and is easy to navigate.

Easy to navigate and smooth look! No delays when searching. Like I can pull up my past orders and it gives me pics and option to order again! App was worth the wait!

I’ve been waiting for this to become a reality. Much easier to access my likes and shop directly from PUMAClothesSneakersApp versus using a browser. Plus…who doesn’t love using AfterPay!!!

Good morning. I was vacationing in Massachusetts and looked over to my right and saw your company. Did a little research and downloaded PUMAClothesSneakersApp . I’m not sure who really gets the credit when I bought my soft gliders from Fingerhut but it was still a great price. I love the style and colors. I’ve never bought a work out dress but I am curious to see how it will fit. Thanks again for keeping me fresh.

Your site used to not work. Filters will not work clicking the shoes or items will not do anything. Today I shopped and it’s a lot lot. Better. No bugs! The only thing I would say is I bought socks for my kids, and the size guide doesn’t help me choose the right size.

My GF and I have been buying matching Melo’s for the past year. We get compliments everywhere we go. Not only look but these shoes are put to the test with how durable they are. I weigh 220 and workout in them, play basketball in them and even golf in them. I’ve had multiple pairs for years and LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes. I have more shoes than just the Melos. Puma’s are the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. You will not disappointed.
