How to fix PandaBuy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PandaBuy app on iPhone
Update PandaBuy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PandaBuy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PandaBuy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PandaBuy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PandaBuy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PandaBuy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PandaBuy App
1. On android, goto Settings » PandaBuy » click [Force Stop]

Update PandaBuy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PandaBuy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PandaBuy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PandaBuy.

Fix PandaBuy unable to contact server/ PandaBuy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PandaBuy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PandaBuy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PandaBuy
