Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Abwaab app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Abwaab app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Abwaab app on iPhone
Update Abwaab app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Abwaab iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Abwaab on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Abwaab network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Abwaab not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Abwaab app issues:

Force Stop the Abwaab App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Abwaab app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Abwaab to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Abwaab App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Abwaab app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Abwaab.

Fix Abwaab unable to contact server/ Abwaab internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Abwaab » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Abwaab » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Abwaab on android.
