Had the most horrible experience with this application. Had to delete and reload OfficialLiverpoolFCStore multiple times before it would even work . Also had to logout and log back in multiple times before getting to check out , Spend almost an hour trying to place the order.

I have used the online shopping.
And my item was never received
No faith on this service.

I’m logged in, but not really. Preference page says my name. But I’ve tried to check out and it says my customer ID doesn’t exist. So confused.

I placed an order for a kids kit and OfficialLiverpoolFCStore added a second kit to the order after is was placed. My confirmation email has a different higher amount of purchase that what OfficialLiverpoolFCStore said at the time of purchase. LFC will not make right mistakes with OfficialLiverpoolFCStore . Beware. Once an order is placed they will not correct the problem. I’d say double check your orders, but I did that and it was still incorrect. I’d recommend ordering through a third party that take responsibility for their systems and will allow for order corrections. I contacted immediately following the erroneous error and they still will not correct it. They claim it’s already processed.

They do not make medium or larges in size for jerseys anymore I have no clue why in my opinion they are just losing money I was going to buy a Nunez and gakpo jersey but I couldn’t find my size which is medium and then I look up and it says they aren’t making mediums or larges anymore.

HORRIBLE APP CAN NOT EVEN MAKE MEDIUMS OR LARGES FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE MEDIUM I MEAN DO THEY EXPECT YOU IF YOU ARE A MEDIUM TO ORDER A SMALL AND HAVE IT NOT FIT LIKE MAKE ALL THE SIZES

Totally unacceptable from a store to not sell medium or large but can sell a 3xl.

Wrote a long review with the beginning stating that if you’re on the fence about downloading OfficialLiverpoolFCStore I’ve personally had a great experience and have used it numerous times with no complaints.
The second part was directed solely towards the developers with improvements for OfficialLiverpoolFCStore and disappeared when I submitted it…kind of like all of the items in my wishlist, and my desire to buy anything off of it, after submitting an LFC review asking “would you recommend OfficialLiverpoolFCStore…” in which I scored it high for recommending and added in the notes that the only improvement I could think of would be saving the size, name, additional patches, etc when added to your basket or wishlist.
After seeing my “Wishlist” items were no longer present I attempted to check my profile info to no avail, the “Edit My Profile” and “My Membership” tabs are non-functional, and the “MyLFC Rewards” tab of the LFC Store App redirects you to OfficialLiverpoolFCStore Store to download the LFC Store app…brilliant.

Lots of bugs in app. Should have been tested more thoroughly.

The best FC in the world now has an shop app to match. Easy to find products. Love the wishlist feature, that will help my significant other find the perfect LFC gift for me for every occasion… YNWA

I’m a Reds fan in the US and I wish I could be there. Maybe someday. It’s on my bucket list.

The online shop has been hard to use for memberships, OfficialLiverpoolFCStore works and I can finally renew my membership. Up the Reds!

In the U.S. there are items that can’t ship. FYI They just drop out of the cart and you can’t search them again after changing to U.S.

DThe app is a welcomed improvement from the website which was always frustrating to deal with. Unfortunately, some people are not getting getting ready to go of those same frustrations carried over and need to be improved.

Start with some of the areas already improved:
1) currency improvement which allows you to select a region and corresponding currency across every possible region.
2) slightly faster engine
3) stand alone store so you don’t have those issues with going to pages you don’t want

Areas to improve:
1) there is still a lot of lag and issues loading and timing out. I got logged out still multiple times, though it was easier to get back in than when utilizing the website.
2) search engine issues where I was able to find some items while looking at all (I.e., several adult, youth and baby swimsuits) but when searching for just “swimsuits” only 5 items returned when there should have been many more options.
3) ability to utilize multiple filters to better refine results including being able to pre-select sizes for apparel and “only show in stock” merchandise filter for those pre-selected sizes.
4) issues with applying membership discount, it would not apply my discount despite the fact my membership package has it and I used it on the website prior to new app.
5) didn’t have option to store payment information that I was able to locate. Should be present and easy to find/use.
6) when checking out, there is the area to add coupon codes and membership discount, but you can not see the if the discount took effect or what the new total will be until after you finish payment. This information should always be made available PRIOR to completing payment. This ensures we can make corrections if needed and ensure we are good with the final tally.

Easy to use, whenever i have money i like to look at OfficialLiverpoolFCStore to see what i'll buy. i love that this is a thing because im a huge liverpudlian and this just makes me so happy. Easy 5 stars.
