I ordered a package on the 23rd of September and it was supposed to be coming from their warehouse in Germany to me in the United States. After about 10 days I still haven’t received my package, and the tracking info through APG says the package is still in the air.. meaning it haven’t arrived in the US yet. However, G-Star customer Rep here in the US told me the package is here in the US and is on it’s way to USPS… but when I track the tracking number for USPS it says the label was created since the 23rd of September and they haven’t receive the package yet. Customer service rep from this app told me the package arrived in the USA on September 26th but still not alarmed that b/w the 26th of September to the 5th of October it’s a long time to be awaiting a transfer b/w carriers. Customer service Reps of this app are unhelpful and very inpatient with customers.

It has taken me 5 days to place my order bye to not getting past the processing page. GSTAR continuously gets stuck on the processing page. In the process of trying to order three items in my cart sold out. I am highly disappointed. Not worth the memory space for GSTAR, just order from the website you’ll have a better chance at getting what you want before it sells out.

I bought 2 shorts in GSTAR at full price. 1 day after receiving the items, they went on sale at 50% off!!! Called customer service and they said they can’t price match even when I just received the items yesterday!!! Terrible customer service. So basically they want me to return the items and buy them again to save $120!!! Terrible. Won’t buy again

I’ve been shopping g star for years and love their clothes, but the experience on GSTAR and their site are the worst. Don’t try to use paypal through GSTAR , you will keep getting errors. Also, why does the screen need to reload every time I choose a new color item? Also, the merchandising of products is ridiculous. No matter if you choose skinny or slim for a particular pair of jeans, you’ll get both and when they show up, the label will be opposite of what you ordered. Also, product pages, scrolling up and down for alternative pics? This isn’t the UX anyone is use to. These are just a few of the issues you will find. So much potential, but they just can’t get it together.

My shopping cart “locked up” and wouldn’t proceed to check out.
Also noticed some item have errors in the color options. I have screen shots and would be willing to help make GSTAR better.
Also. There seems to be different catalogue on the website vs on GSTAR . Ie; some item and styles could be found on one and not the other. I cant see any benefit to this and it creates a hassle for the customer and possibly looses sales because items were not displayed

The design itself is pretty, but I don’t think the designer really tested how GSTAR works. The page can be swiped left, right, up and down, I can never swipe without making mistakes. When I want to see more images of a product it always accidantly go to next product, hope you can get more test and make it user friendly

There's nothing more frustrating than clicking "back" on GSTAR and having it start back up at the very beginning of the listing all over again! After the 5th time this happened I said SCREW IT. Talk about annoying. FIX THIS PROBLEM. Love G Star but GSTAR is screwy.

I really like GSTAR shows different varieties of the apparel the only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars was because of the sizing they rarely have the bigger sizes they sell out quick and never come back besides that I like GSTAR

Love GSTAR ! Easy access! Great Navigation! Only problem items will say in stock until you place them in your cart then they’re unavailable..I hate that! So confusing. Also I have a 1 year old son I can’t wait until the kids line launches!

I really love the jeans here the way it fits and cuff my slim waist is amazing it always kind of hard for me to find the right fitting jean bcuz I’m petite and short lk 5”3 at g star raw store I found all the ways I can wear jeans and look amazing and feel confident in them

Purchased Dark Aged Black Denim Jeans, with Matte Finish.
Been looking for a pair like this for over 11 years.
Diesel brand was the only other that has made anything similiar.

Hello. This was my first time ordering from this clothing line. My order came fast . My god daughter is fanatic over these clothes. Her birthday is in two weeks and she will actually flip over the shirt I ordered a medium but the shirt is too small The shirt is really nice and I like the material. I just ordered her a large hopefully it will fit. I also ordered the masks. Thanks Raw!!!!

They have a nice selection of clothing and to make things perfect they deliver super fast, my orders normal come the next day or two. The return process is also easy... I will never wear another brand again.. well maybe Nike for the shoes but as far as clothes it’s G Star all the way... Thank you

A product shows as unavailable on GSTAR and available through the website.

I like how it flows from product to product. Although, when you enter a payment method (i.e. credit card) you have to click PAY. When you do this your are not actually making a payment. It should say REVIEW ORDER or SUBMIT then you click PAY on the next page.

Open orders and order history should be added to GSTAR . It is currently unavailable.

The 2 reason for 3 stars:
1) very poor selection of items on sale.
2) need to widen the options for payment, like ApplePay.

Great clothing especially the jeans as someone who doesn’t really wear jeans G-Star made them not only great looking but very comfortable as well. I sound like a promoter but trust me shopping at G-Star is worth the price you won’t regret it.

Most comfortable, cool lookin jeans and jackets. I wish you could custom order stuff like mix n match styles / fits / washes and colors. That'd be cool. And if you could pay extra for them to do it with discontinues stuff

Best custom service of any brand I’ve been affiliated with. Easy free returns. Good layout of everything on the mobile app. Store manager Paris at the Chicago location is my favorite employee in retail !
