Unable to use app

I recently needed to redownload Pronto . New phone. When I downloaded Pronto , I can no longer place an order. I’m currently stuck on the screen to choose an address, I can not choose the option to “verify” and I am unable to place an order unless I “verify” the address.
I spoke with someone and although pleasant, they were unable to access. In a way.
Pronto is not working when you have to redownload it.
