I have this cleaning app on my phone and don't no how it got there it keeps coming g up when I'm trying to text ect and I want it cancelled

Max cleaning app deleted my contacts that were not duplicates and clean them just to have emails stripped out the notes in the contacts and phone numbers what the heck???? Can’t restore
