App is not even opening.

يطلب تفعيل خاصية الموقع بدون الحاجة لذلك في الطبيق وتم حذفه التطبيق وعدم استخدامه

التطبيق رديء وبطيء الاستجابة ولا يعمل بشكل جيد !

البرنامج يسوي كراش التحديث الاخير والي قبله بعد يسوي كراش

احاول اضافة اموال من خلال بطاقاتي الفيزا والماستر كارد الامريكية كوني مبتعث
تطبيق موبايلي لا يتضمن هذه البطاقات على العكس تماما
تطبيق STC pay وتطبيق Ur pay يقبلون جميع البطاقات الامريكية التابعة لفيزا وماستر كارد ..
يحتاج تطبيق موبايلي لمواكبة التطبيقات الاخرى ..

It’s an stupid app. If you try reach customer service via phone number they provide, you can’t reach even 1 or 2 hours you r are on the line waiting to receive your call some Represtative.
2nd - they made some offer/promotion. But unfortunately u will not receive the promotion. Even u will receive or not I will never get information because no one answer your call.

التطبيق لا يعمل وقد حذفته اكثر من مرة صم اعدت تحميله بلا فائدة

التطبيق لايعمل ادخل على نفاذ وأأكد الرمز يرجعني لخانة الهوية والميلاد ليش؟؟؟!

من أفشل التطبيقات اللي جربتها بحياتي.
حطيت مبلغ بالمحفظة على أساس أحوله دوليّاً وندمت ندم حياتي.
لا أنا اللي قدرت أحوّل ولا أنا اللي قدرت أضيف البطاقة لمحفظة Apple Pay عشان أشتري فيه ولاااا شيء.

الموظفين المسؤولين ما قصروا يتجاوبون ومو ذنبهم ان التطبيق ما يشتغل فكان آخر حل اني أرجع الفلوس لبطاقتي البنكية مع أخذ رسوم.
والله العظيم الرسوم على انها بس 1.15 إلا ان منغبنة عليها وعلى الأسبوع الكامل عشان بس أحوّل الفلوس. حرفياً شحنت الحساب بدون فااايدة.

لا تكلفون على نفسكم عناء تحميل البرنامج وتجربته 👎🏼

MobilyPay doesn’t work!!

MobilyPay just shows the splash screen with their logo, I’ve kept trying to use it for 4 days now and I haven’t even been able to get past the logo screen.

I’m in an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 16.1

So many errors could not catch all of them it did not even recognize my mobile number

Heavy technical issue right from the start. App kept giving me ‘Incomplete’ or ‘Wrong Info’ at every stage of the registration process. It doesn’t let you progress at some stage.

Even the limit is less that all other apps , but still can’t recharge my wallet using credit card .

As well the instructions says only allowed 5000 SR from credit cards although other apps allows 20000SR.

For me bad recharge experience .. still did not got through the experience

When I go into MobilyPay

It doesn’t work it shows me that I’m using vpn and I’m not

Hi, MobilyPay looks good and offers are attractive, however please fix this,
International beneficiaries once added then app doesn’t show bank details of beneficiary, for example if I have 3 accounts in overseas bank with same person name then during sending money I just see account title and I cannot find bank details.
Also the sent receipt do not show the beneficiary account number.
Adding additional SADAD bills is not given.
Mobile recharge options are very hard to find.

بس باقي يكون منتشر الرسوم مقبوله الخدمات اكثر من المتوقع بس بعض الاماكن ما تقبل الدفع بيها ، بس اتوقع الأفضل مستقبلاً

تطبيق بسيط وسريع والكاش باك مره جميل انصحكم فيه
