How to fix YouCut app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YouCut app on iPhone
Update YouCut app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouCut iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouCut on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouCut network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YouCut Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YouCut not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YouCut App
1. On android, goto Settings » YouCut » click [Force Stop]

Update YouCut to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouCut App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YouCut » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YouCut.

Fix YouCut unable to contact server/ YouCut internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YouCut » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YouCut » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YouCut
