I keep following the instructions to get started and resetting my password. I’ve done this over and over and over with different email accounts and I am not getting a reset password email in any of my email accounts. Something is not working properly on Pa. I would love to use it and it would be a great time saver for me but it is not working for me at all. After chasing my tail over and over and over with this, I have given up.
I commend the company for their forward thinking in developing their own app. At the time of this review, there are issues, but I am confident that as more individual provide feedback, Pa will be a viable selling tool. I’m hoping for all features of the Reply to Buy to be controlled by the individual such as other comment selling programs, with cart timers; being able to add to carts; seeing cart orders; preordering/waitlisted, etc. Another great feature to add is the ability to use the RTB codes on regular posts vs a FB Live. Paparazzi Premiere is a great asset to our business and I look forward to all the great tools and resources of Pa to increase our selling potential!
Pa is awesome. I love the way it’s fast to upload old inventory and also you don’t struggle to upload new inventory, it’s just a click and everything transfers easily. The only problem is customers have difficulty finding specific items and and also finalizing transactions become headache for the customer.
I was with another commerce app, that I really liked with the exception of the monthly cost. Premier is not only affordable but I love the fact that all I have to do to put my inventory in my store is just click to receive it. Plus my older inventory I can easily scan in. AND on top of that I can scan in hostess and exclusive pieces!! The option to use ship easy is a plus too because your orders automatically goes over including the expected weight of that order. As I said I love it!!
It’s super easy for me to upload and search my inventory. However my customer feedback is that they can’t search for a specific item (ex red earrings) it has to be one or the other. They would also like to have an app rather than a full site. It would also be really good if it had an option for it to be in Spanish for customers that don’t speak English.
Yes, it’s a work in progress at the time of this review so I’m sure they will add even more, but I love Pa! Scan in your inventory or scan to check on an inventory piece. It helps keep track of your personal inventory as well as helps you sale it! All you need to do is go into your back office, click on get started and then click on forgot password and go from there! If you don’t click get started first, you will not receive an email after you click reset password. Other issues, contact support. :)
I love how easy Pa is to use. I also love that the developer is listening to consultant needs and is adding features we ask for to help us make running our businesses easier!!
I am so happy I made the switch to Premiere. It has made my life easier and I feel my inventory is organized and up to date. All the regular updates makes it keep getting better and better!!
So far I’m in love with Premiere. It not only is it great for my customers, but I love it for inventory purposes. Helps me keep track of what I have on hand. They are quick at fixing bugs and always updating with better features.
Premiere was easy to set up and easy to use. I like having the ability to generate an invoice for cash sales - therefore keeping all sales tracked in one place!! Appreciate the continually enhancements as well - Keep up the good work!!
Pa does everything for you. There’s no reason not to be organized. It just takes time to put everything that you already have into the system but once it’s there you’re on top
Pa has been a God send. Everything right at your fingertips. It makes everything so much easier. There are a few features I'm waiting for but I know they are making improvements daily, but so far I'm happy with the decision I made to move to premiere.
I love Pa !! It makes it easier to manage and showcase my inventory. It’s also easy to use.
However, I wish it would be easier for my customers to find specific item. I get feedback that they have a difficult time locating what want.
When I joined Paparazzi in January 2023 this was available and I had watched thru other consultants as it was brand new! How awesome that all your inventory in one place and can connect and ship, it’s the ultimate app to use, Paparazzi continues to add more features to Pa to help with success and ease to run an independent business!!! Love love love it
I love Pa it’s so much easier to upload merchandise and the fact that it groups it for you is awesome. The other exciting part is that you can automatically transfer from your orders straight to the website. Good job to the developers
I really think Pa is awesome and they keep making it better. So it is worth the money for it. This is amazing app. What I would like to see is a pending order spot when a customer shops on Pa and pays for until you could confirm the order. But understand Pa is only going to get better as time goes on GREAT JOB
I absolutely love Pa! It makes it so much easier to keep track of my inventory, my customers love that they see the photos of the items they purchased, and I love how I can marked them shipped and scan in the shipping number. I am happy for next day funding and hope that soon same day funds will be available.
Loving the new app with everything at your fingertips. No longer having to use different apps or sites to keep customer information, invoicing, shipping and payments. Very professional looking and gives your customers a great impression on your business. This is a must have. And this was definitely worth the wait.
I absolutely love Pa!!! I can now send professional looking invoices, which shows pictures of each piece my customer has purchased ❤️ I now have a great way to receive money and see which have not paid all in one place.
