I downloaded the app when it first came out. once it reached the 30 day mark it went up going back up for another 30 days. The app was finally launched yesterday and I couldn’t do anything couldn’t create a jar couldn’t set phrases now I can’t even login. So I would wait for a while until they get it together. I did email but of course they email back saying high demands right now will get back to you when we can. Welp.

I keep not accumulating anything from sweatcoin despite taking between 8,000 And 14,000 steps and they keep changing the rules on how it gets accumulated making it harder to get your steps that you ALREADY TOOK to add up. So they’re putting more work and pressure on the user to do this or that (log in multiple times a day and whatnot)(with no retroactivity so that the steps you’ve already taken actually count) to make it work instead of fixing obvious problems themselves with the way it works. I’m done. This whole thing is a sham and a waste of time because it doesn’t work unless you’re willing to jump through a ton of hoops in the right order at the right time, hoops that they keep changing. It’s garbage.

I bought some NEAR coins specifically to use to buy some sweat coins. Well after purchasing the near coins, I exchanged them for sweat coins, sweat wallet deducted the total from my balance of NEAR coins, BUT NEVER GIVE ME THE SWEAT COINS! I reached out to support, got one response, and I have not heard from them since. I’ve sent a total of 5 follow up emails and they will not respond. I will be looking into doing a charge back on my credit card. I was so excited for this coin and service, I have been using the Sweatcoin app for years before they launched the sweat wallet and the crypto sweat coin, but after this, I’ll never give a red cent to this company again. I work for my money, unlike them.
