I wanted to give this app a chance , however i’ve missed out on numerous bookings dealing with this app. For starters , THERE ARE NO NOTIFICATIONS! The only thing you will receive is an email, which means if you don’t see your email right away you’ll never know you have a booking . You are not notified when customers cancel , nor are there any reminders. I believe there’s potential but at the moment this app is very unreliable. I will be switching back to vagaro !
Constant Bugs

Clients constantly complaining that the app is not working. Wouldn’t let me access my money for weeks. Honestly I’m looking for a new site at this point. Im trying to hold out until it gets past its initial bugs and growing pains but now I feel like I may be loosing money. Highly disappointed because I really enjoyed the app when I first downloaded and set it up.
APP TECHNICAL ISSUES

Recently, a few of my clients have been complaining that the app is having technical issues when the client is trying to book an appointment. The app force closes and restarts. Can someone please look into this technical issue and it’s a software needs to be updated. This is a highly unprofessional inconvenience.
