I wanted to give Readyhubb a chance , however i’ve missed out on numerous bookings dealing with Readyhubb. For starters , THERE ARE NO NOTIFICATIONS! The only thing you will receive is an email, which means if you don’t see your email right away you’ll never know you have a booking . You are not notified when customers cancel , nor are there any reminders. I believe there’s potential but at the moment Readyhubb is very unreliable. I will be switching back to vagaro !
Recently, a few of my clients have been complaining that Readyhubb is having technical issues when the client is trying to book an appointment. Readyhubb force closes and restarts. Can someone please look into this technical issue and it’s a software needs to be updated. This is a highly unprofessional inconvenience.
Clients constantly complaining that Readyhubb is not working. Wouldn’t let me access my money for weeks. Honestly I’m looking for a new site at this point. Im trying to hold out until it gets past its initial bugs and growing pains but now I feel like I may be loosing money. Highly disappointed because I really enjoyed Readyhubb when I first downloaded and set it up.
Readyhubb is nice to keep in touch with the person your either servicing or you receiving the service., that only issue I have is the fact that every other day Readyhubb needs to be updated and that uses up storage. Just for Readyhubb to still be the same way it was before it needed the “update”
You can’t send anything in the messaging, can’t ask for phone number or provide, can’t provide address for business, can’t say any key words that are flagged as personal info, makes it hard to conduct business through Readyhubb ! Especially since it is pushing marketplace bookings, you can’t relay any info to these people so they can actually use the business
I have been using this app for about 1 month and few weeks now.., and I have to say.. IM IMPRESSED!! Readyhubb is so easy to use and the services that Readyhubb has to offer are amazing!! I never seen such a simplistic professional app. I would have to give this rate in Readyhubb a 10/10!! Definitely will be using more in the future!!
this app makes managing bookings so easy! I love being able to require deposits, which gives me more control over my schedule. It’s super simple for clients to book appointments, and the option to add photos is a great way to show my work outside of Instagram. Plus, being able to collect payments in Readyhubb and send invoices has made my life so much easier!

This is the perfect app to download to promote your services and create an effortless booking service for upcoming clientele’s you as well met in person! Readyhubb is easy going and smooth no errors and very consistent in how they market. I found my current nail tech on here and she has been the BEST nail tech I’ve ever had - professional, easy to talk to and does a great job on my nails. First time using Readyhubb after trying a bunch of different booking sites like Glossgenius, acuity and Booksy. This is my fave out of all of them, it's the most affordable and the only one with a messaging feature for your clients. I also like that I can add lots of pictures of my work and the calendar management system is very simple to use.
