Hello, I downloaded the app NovelWolf not long ago and spent 30$ recently and since yesterday, the app is no longer working. I have troed closing the app, singing out and even delete the app to reinstall it but nothing seems to be working. It keeps sending me the same message over and over again and says "something went wrong". I can't sign back in because as soon as I put in my email it still says something went wrong.

How to fix NovelWolf app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NovelWolf app on iPhone
Update NovelWolf app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NovelWolf iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NovelWolf on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NovelWolf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NovelWolf Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NovelWolf not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NovelWolf App
1. On android, goto Settings » NovelWolf » click [Force Stop]

Update NovelWolf to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NovelWolf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NovelWolf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NovelWolf.

Fix NovelWolf unable to contact server/ NovelWolf internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NovelWolf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NovelWolf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NovelWolf
